They aught to be ashamed of themselves. Here you have a MILLION dollar church, a WORKOUT facility at the ""CHURCH"" and I took a lady to the food bank to get help and they gave her food that was outdated 4 months ago. Its sad that they feel like because they are "helping" someone, they can feed them trash!! Every other food bank at least try to give some nutritional food, fruits, veges, something goof for the body. NO, not this church, they giving all outdated rice crispies, pop tarts, vege beans and sodas. Yall need to ""CLOSE"" that so called food bank down, its nothing but trash yall feeding those people who need help, GOD PUNISH ALL OF YOU!!!! Im sure any good stuff you get, the members keep it for themselves. Karma misses no one, the trash /outdated crap yall feeding people, someone will do your children and loved ones the same way. May your wickedness come back on all the people who are responsible for that RUBBISH excuse for a food pantry!! NONSENSE!!!

I have never met a pastor who is more sincere and passionate about God as Dr. Charles B. Jackson. He walks in Christ's footsteps. Brookland Baptist is the model I look for in other African American churches of it's size. It is community oriented, providing necessary resources and opportunities within and outside the church that empower the people of God. In addition, I love what the church does and is doing for the youth! I cannot say enough about this church! You have to experience it for yourself.
