Worse hospital ever!! They pull supplies to insert IV's with bare hands then put gloves on after they have contaminated the supplies. Insert needles to take blood while a patient is seating in waiting area chair with other sick people close by, plus the nurse took my pain meds n said she gave them to me in IV bag. I watched I only got fluids in two big bags. The doctor told me there was nothing wrong with me and hinted I was faking when I have suffered GI distress for 28 days now. DO NOT

Not a great hospital to have a baby in.. i had my baby in July and I didn’t like the service they gave me. I had a c section and they didn’t let my husband stay the night because it wasn’t a private room and supposedly there was another patient coming when they didn’t bring another patient till the day I was discharged, on top of that I was in a lot of pain and wasn’t able to move or get up by myself and they didn’t want to take my baby to the nursery because there wasn’t enough nurses on shift, so I asked if my husband can stay and they said no that only female relatives or friends can stay.also when I asked for baby diapers or baby shirts,formula etc they were very cheap with it. They came to count how many diapers,or formula bottles you had left. They didn’t provide me with any baby essentials when I was discharged like formula like in other hospitals. The nurses also had a bad attitude or took their sweet time whenever you asked them for help or for something also the rooms looked dirty and the bed was really hard and uncomfortable overall I don’t recommend this hospital to give birth at.

I had to call and stay on the line for 30 mins just to find the damn visiting hours Mon-Sunday 11-9. The nurses here are very ghetto btw smh

I went to visit my grandpa who is sick with cancer, and my grandma left her purse in the bathroom. My mom and I went down to see if the purse was still in the bathroom and this Indian woman tells us that she gave it to security. We asked if we can have the bag, but the security guard said not unless she comes down and gets it. After visiting my grandpa, we went down and saw that the lights were kinda dark and there were poles, explaining that the exit is now at the first floor. I went at the front desk and asked for the purse and they told us that my grandma has to get it herself, but trying to explain that she couldn't walk herself their since she had an artificial leg, they made her go all the way to the desk and get it herself. Then another trip down to the first floor, we left the hospital after that. I asked my grandma if I can use her phone because mine was not charged, then she couldn't find her phone and also her 15 dollars. We realized that the security guards took her cellphone and her 15 dollars. I would suggest to not go to this hospital because the service is very disrespectful.

More than two hours in the waiting area to be seen by the pediatric dental doctor at the Bronx Lebanon Hospital located at Grand Concourse 1775.Nobody called us yet. I brought my daughter because she has an appointment today. I spoke to the person at the front desk. He said he spoke to the Dr. and she is going to take care of us as soon as possible.
But we are still waiting..It's the worst experience ever.

My father has been waiting for a MRI for two days. I have spoke with his doctor several times. Yet the MRI has not been done. The doctors do not take care of the patients. I don't recommend anyone to take there loved ones to the hospital. All Doctors on the floor neglect the patients. I will be transferring my father to another hospital today.

Absolute worst!!!!!!!!!!!!! Stay away! They wonder why people get on edge. It's 3:50am and I am still awaiting (urgent care) to be called after arriving a little after 12am. This place is a disgrace! I've only seen two people get called, one was seen and was able to leave. The other person was sent back to the waiting room jist to wait another hour or three.To top it off a nurse came out to call another patient and no one answered, the nurse simply walked away and never came back to call somebody else. When I got up to ask what is taking so long an Asian nurse answere "we only have one doctor available for urgent care". ?????? Also, people were allowed to walk in and out of the hospital and security didn't even question them.
One man walked in with a towel and a bag in his hand and sat with the rest of us who was waiting. He then entered the bathroom and got out. He went in again with his bag and did not come out. My partner had to tell security in order to make sure that everything was okay with him. This place should definitely have a new hiring staff, management, and system if not shut it down so people can go somewhere else. I have never experienced anything like this in my life!!!!!!!!! We need to do better people.

Doctors are not letting patients know the results of the first round of test they have done and want to run the same test again without getting the results from the first test. They also have about 12 different doctors come in at different times all asking the same questions a thousand times and there is no progress. The nurses are not hospitable they are snarky and rude with attitudes. You ask questions and no one knows anything or seem to know what they are doing. No one come to check on you to see if you need anything and when I called for help and waited almost 5 minutes just to get a response it's been over 2 hours of my IV pump machine beeping and no one has come to check on it even after I called and let them know. Got blood drawn from one nurse and less than 30 minutes later another nurse comes in wanting to draw blood again. Seems like somebody don't know what's going on. I asked for toilet paper more than once and waited almost 2 days before I received any. This hospital is the worst. I never got rude or had an attitude with anyone that works here to be treated like this. But this review I will write about my experience so please whatever you do I suggest that you do not come to this hospital it's an insult to a sick patient. However I will say that if you like bad hospitality feel free to come and get the best 5 star treatment that they have available. This hospital is a joke. And to anyone who has a problem about my review can't get upset about me telling my experience. I am a human being and I deserve to be treated as such. Not like a dog that is about to be put down. Even sick animals get treated better than this. Smh this hospital has to do better than this.

This is one of the most single worst hospitals I have ever been in and they're high risk pregnancy Clinic is a freaking joke they're Altra sound machine is outdated however they have 2 Giant 70 inch flat screen TVs in the waiting room this Hospital should be shut down or at least their entire management should be changed

ENT clinic failed my mom who was a patient at the clinic, doctors told my mom that she had anxiety over and over and over again and my mom had thyroid cancer and she couldn't sue the hospital because the statue of limitation was over, horrible my mom could have been killed.
