This place is joke, worst place in the world, there is a lady very rude, screaming, in bad mood no idea why, she say something in Spanish, no manager to manage this office, they don't know if they are working in a Federal Department or in a Zoo, no hello, no thank you, should hire new people or send it this team in a cage to the zoo. No going back to this office, unless they get trained to work with the public.
They dont even have a working viocemail extremely unprofessional
Very helpful and quick. Not a long wait.
Got me on the phone for 1/2 of hour . And not even answer my question bout local news paper for an LLC Publishing. Very disappointing
Horrible!
My significant other and I went in two weeks ago to try to obtain our marriage license. The staff was in a really bad mood, yelling at the customers (screaming), refusing to answer customer questions, etc. Annie (says she's the supervisor) called us to her window. We went ahead to tell her we were there to fill out the marriage license. She gave us a form, told us to go fill it out, then get in line again. Once we did so, she refused to accept the surname I had chosen (which is within the guidelines of option 4 in name change). After going back and forth about the name change, I gave in and told her I would keep my current surname. She then tossed our application aside and told us to "come back tomorrow and say you're in Monday's file".
We went home and I literally read over and over the options to try to understand why I couldn't take my fiance's last name and drop my maternal last name.
A couple days after that incident, I filled out the application online. We went in to the office around 12:30pm yesterday to confirm identity and make payment. The lady at the window (once again in a bad mood) said I couldn't take his last name. She didn't try to go over the options with us. Annoyed, she summoned for Annie to come take care of us. Annie sat and hurriedly said I couldn't do it because the application said so. I asked her to go over the options with me and specifically asked her to pay attention to option 4 where it states I can do a combination of his surnames and my surname as long as its hyphenated. She refused to listen and said that if I wanted to have his name, my new surname HAD to be my Paternal surname, Maternal Surname, HIS Paternal surname, HIS Maternal surname (4 LAST NAMES!) We bickered back and forth about the matter until I felt that again, I was left with no other options. I ended up keeping my last name as is.
Someone tell me I'm crazy and that this is normal procedure. Because I haven't met anyone that has married and had to adopt all surnames, so I'm having a hard time processing all of it.
The number their automated phone system provides to call is disconnected and when I tried to send an email it didn't work either. The only way to ask a question is to go there in person....
This is ridiculous!!! When you need info per phone about corporation matters, and the website doesnt provide any info or says the domain is expired... Phone numbers dont work, is this how a county clerk work? Get your customer service together...
Customer service agent was rude and condescending with his responses when I inquired about obtaining a copy of my divorce. If they are not happy with there job give it to someone who can deal with the public in a polite and respectful manner. This is very disheartening.
The place to go to get married and to get your marriage certificate. Ceremony's are quick you'll be married in like 10 minutes. Grate customer service.
Get there early in the morning since it tends to fill up very quickly. Got married here and didn't wait not even 10 minutes before we were was called. Marriage Clerk was very nice and allowed a small amount of time to get pictures taken.
