Bought a work van at a high interest rate with the understanding that the interest rate would be cut in half if I made the payments on time after 1 year. I’ve never missed a payment. NOT ONE. They never kept their word and I figure I’ve paid over 2k more because of this. I tried talking to them and all they said was my I should be grateful my monthly payment is low enough and they wouldn’t honor their own agreement. Extremely disappointed.

All cars need $5k + in repairs, horrible customer service, when addressing concerns whole staff just laughs instead of providing help, all 5 star reviews are current employees

Honest to god one of the worst car buying experiences I have ever witnessed. Had me put insurance on a car for over a week and then called me and told me I was not approved…this is after me walking in knowing what I wanted and then promising me numerous of cars that they had no intentions of selling me.. out of all the cars n options you have in today’s car world they tried to force me into a 2010 Honda CR-V with 80 thousand miles for over 25,000.00. The back and forth and just nonsense i dearth with for over 2 weeks caused me hell.. hands down one of the worst car shopping experiences ever.. n my credit was not horrible.

Amazing service, great prices and an all around 5-star experience.
We went into the dealership on Monday, told them what we wanted and by 7pm on Tuesday the car was delivered to our home. They had the car detailed and delivered with a full tank of gas.
Anthony and his team are very professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. We couldn't have asked for any better service.

What can I say about these guys? I love my car and I love my payment! They’re service was second to none as they delivered my vehicle at my place of business and had me sign there too as I didn't have the time to drop by their office. Rafael was the salesman who helped me and this guy definitely went above and beyond to deliver the vehicle as promised on the day he said he would. I would recommend this shop any day of the week by far the easiest dealership I've ever dealt with.
