  The young fellow that was working there when I visited was super friendly and fast. He was able to copy my key in a matter of minutes and the price was cheap!

  Locked my keys in my car at my own house and was quoted $125 over the phone, just to get the door popped open (no copy). One of their guys showed up in 5 mins. He forgot one of his tools and said someone would be back soon - which is totally fine. It happens, I was home so I had no problem waiting, and he was very nice about it.
  
  After an hour of waiting, a completely different guy showed up and parked on the no-parking side of my street even though I asked him multiple times to park in the driveway. It took him maybe 3 minutes to open the door. Then he charged me $200!!! :( At first he asked for more and knocked it down to 200 when I questioned it to act like I was getting a discount. He told me there was a $60 emergency fee, even though 1) this wasn't an emergency at all and 2) that does not equal 200! He didn't ask for proof that it was my car. He was generally kinda rude and creepy too.
  
  After he left I called Brighton Locksmith. Apparently, boss-guy called a completely different "company" to take care of it for them, without informing me. He offered nothing besides insisting that $200 was still a 'good deal' - which, according to the internet, is not true.
  
  Next I googled the name this guy gave me for his Zelle info. He doesn't exist anywhere on the internet. Super sketchy!!!
  
  I feel like I just got scammed. I'm a broke grad student who is really struggling financially, so that extra $75 is a big deal.
  
  Fun fact: it costs about $30 to order an emergency car kit with an air wedge pump on Amazon with overnight shipping -_-

  Best locksmith in the area. I had a tricky key that no other company was able to copy. The guys at Brighton Locksmith tried multiple key shapes until they got it right and remained pleasant, patient, and warm throughout. Highly recommend!

  I'm so happy that found this guys. Instead of thousand stupid questions, they provide me transparent answer and everything was clear. Man on a spot did my copies of the keys faster as possible and without any issues. I think I spen more time on a phone with other companies to figure out price range to copy my keys, than just waiting for actual work to copy the keys.
  
  Great job, definitely will use them again
