  I was shopping for a evening dress for a upcoming black tie event with my friend. I was very happy with the women who help me find a dress. While I was trying on dresses they would check on me to see if I needed any more dresses! It was a great experience.

  Found my beautiful wedding dress today! Thankful for such a nice selection and many NEW Spring styles. Some I felt like were a woman’s Pinterest dream. ShiAnne, you were great!!! Thank you for your help today!

  If I could have a option of ZERO stars that's what I would pick. We drove a hour away to this place to find out it's by appointment only! We all made sure after our visit that it doesn't state that anywhere on their website or in store. I don't think I would ever come to this place if i would of read the reviews on this place before going. So please read the reviews before you go in! My experience with this place was the same as the others who had bad experiences with this place. Me and the bridal party came here to find dresses. We where not "greeted" we stood there for a few minutes just in case someone had to help us no one came. No one was at the desk so we started walking around looking at dresses in hope's someone would help us no one ever did. The ladies who "worked" there never made eye contact with us nor talked to us. There was one lady playing with the head peices. And 2 more talking. We walked around for about a half hour until we decided to stand by the desk. We stood there until the phone rang and the lady rushed over put that person on hold and asked us very rudely like we where bothering her what she could help us with and we told her we where interested in trying on dresses and she said "nope not today it's appointment only" and walked away. We won't be coming back. Very, very poor customer service.

  When my Maid of Honor, who is also getting married, and my friend went in we made an appointment in person with them. All went well, we left to see the side store they had which required no appointment to get a feel for the styles we felt comfortable in. Upon returning we spent maybe 10 minutes on the floor waiting, looking over dresses and talking. No big deal, we never mind waiting as sometimes things happen. When our consultant finally arrived we talked with her, I went first. Right away I let her know beading embellishments are a big no, I dislike the feel and often pick at my clothing out of nervousness. All 5 dresses I tried had a large amount of embellishments. I said no to each, asked her about others, but we were told shed get more for me to try if it was a real appointment. To my knowledge it was, and this just made myself and my friends uncomfortable. Before she could get Ashley into dresses, We left. The listening skills and courteous attitude need to be met. We felt incredibly attacked and unwanted. Brides n bells came highly recommended by Ashleys own mother who bought her dress here.

  I LOVE THIS BRIDAL SHOP!!! I felt a little overwhelmed walking by and looking in the window thinking the staff might not be too fond of my jeans-and-t-shirt style, but as soon as we walked in we were greeted by such amazing staff! They immediately made us feel welcome and even let me try on a couple dresses without an appointment. Every time I call they are accommodating and polite and always make me feel important. When I set up an appointment, they had a chalkboard with congratulations and my name written on it. It's details like this that set them above and beyond other stores that I went to. Also, I am short, and they were able to make suggestions without being rude which I can't say for every place I went. All in all, I had an AMAZING experience here and would recommend Brides 'N Belles to any bride!

  I came here with my little sister who is getting married in June. When we first saw the front of the store it was almost intimidating because its sooooo beautiful-we weren't sure we would fit in wearing our tshirts and jeans!! Everyone at this store has been AMAZING!!! They were so accommodating and we had so much fun! We visited several dress shops and did not have an experience like we did at Brides and Belles! Please come here for all of your wedding needs!!! You will not be disappointed!

  I have had multiple experiences with this store ( 3 separate bridesmaids dresses, my mom and grandma both came in to get outfits and then I got my own wedding dress from here). The staff has been wonderful and helpful every time. I have been very happy with each of my experiences and would definitely come back again! Highly recommend!

  I ordered my dress from Brides n Belles. My experience of saying yes to the dress was amazing. My consultant was great and super helpful. She even got emotional with me. I love my dress and if it were not for that, I would not take my business here. I have had nothing but headache from the time I left from saying yes.
  My dress came in in late January/early February. I asked to order some additional items for my dress and they said no problem, that it would take 8-12 weeks. At this same time of ordering stuff for my wedding gown, I also ordered a bridesmaid’s dress for my MOH, nothing custom, just wanted the style of the sample dress that she tried on. about 12-14 weeks later, I call to check the status of both items, they said they are still on order and will be a few more weeks. I call a month later to come to find out that the items were never ordered. Okay, this is fine, I guess, my wedding is not until September, we have time. So they “put in the order”. I call another few weeks later to find out they had questions on what I actually ordered which makes me think my order never got placed! June comes and my MOH goes into the store and asks the status, they said it will be in in July. July is now here and the items are not in. They now said August. I do not understand how their stories keep getting changed and we keep getting the run around. I am very unsatisfied with this company and if it were not for the love of my dress, I would go elsewhere. I am hoping that I have better news come August when my stuff is supposed to be in.

  Brenda and Amanda have been so amazing to work with. I was dreading finding my wedding dress becuase I don't have a petite girlish figure but they made my whole dress finding experience very exciting and memorable. I could have gotten my dress in the city I live in but not the experience or customer service. Hard to put into words how happy I've been Brenda and her staff. I highly recommend Brides N'Belles!

  My experience was nothing short of horrendous! Our first visit to look for bridesmaid dresses made us feel like we were an inconvenience to the staff and owner. My girls ended finding dresses anyway as well as my mom, besides people do have bad days. My mom was notified a couple of months after ordering that her dress was out of stock and she would have to find something else. She ordered another dress in dark grey. That came in in black! They would not fix this and told her this is what she ordered instead of working with her. Well 8 months later we finally received our dresses, my two teenage daughter's dresses did not fit them! I called and they did everything under the sun to blame me! Maybe they tried it on over clothes, I ordered the wrong sizes( I did not measure them, they did)etc, just ridiculous! Well I took it elsewhere to a seamstress who did miracles! My stepdad ordered a suit through them and when they measured to hem it, they forgot to do the sleeves so he took it back, they charged him twice for their mistakes! My tuxes all came in with guarantee that if wrong they would fix and it'd be back the next day rush delivery, well they charged the guys for their mistakes again! Overall, our experience in trying to stay local with small businesses was a bust! The staff was rude and snotty, and the owner wasn't any better!

  My sister used brides and bells for her whole wedding party. I can't even begin to talk about the many horrible aspects of this place. I ordered my dress and when it came it was a little tight. After I altered it myself it fit a little better. Her dress, she spent over $1800. It needed over 3 alterations. After the second they brought it in too much and couldn't fix it. My sister had to buy a sash to cover that spot and had to pay for it. To include every single alteration. Over $300 in alterations. The lady who helped her during these alterations was extremely rude to her every time. The other bridesmaids dresses were still a little big in the chest area after they got their alterations. Two days before the wedding it was still big in the chest. They added cups for the chest and instead of using the off white thread, they used bright white thread all the way through. The clips to bussle the dress were horrible. The tuxes.... the pants had no belt loops and just straps to make it tighter. They all were pulling their pants up the whole time. Most looked baggy in the crotch area. They had our brother as the groom so his tux was different than everyone elses. I would never recommend this place to anybody.

  My in- store visit was ok, but I was disappointed in the follow-up from the store. I called last Tuesday morning and left a voicemail requesting a call back because someone would be stopping in to pick up my bridesmaid dress right away that morning and I wanted to pay my balance before they arrived. My first clue that they don't monitor voicemails closely should have been that they still had their 4th of July weekend greeting recorded. I finally called them at 10:30 and a woman answered and told me sometime just paid that morning with a check. Someone then called me back the next day because they got my voicemail. I don't know why the woman I originally spoke to did not then check their messages, but I felt it was unprofessional.
