I have had nothing but fantastic customer service!!!! Everyone is always extremely kind and happy to help in preparation for my wedding day. They go above and beyond and are very flexible to make certain everything I need done is taken care of in the time frame I need! Reliable, kind, and eager to help, what else could you ask for! Not to mention great dresses!

The staff was friendly, and they were very helpful in finding bridesmaid gowns that fit everyone's personal taste and style. They have two people take your measurements in order to make sure you get the most accurate size. Definitely recommend!

Don't bother going to this dress factory where no one cares about anything other than making a profit. We had made an appointment but they seemed annoyed that we showed up. When making my appointment I told them how many people would be joining me and when we got there there was no room for us to go. So I was "permitted" to have two people come into the dressing area with me and the remaining people had to wait outside behind a wall. I tried on 6 dressed before I gave up. The consultant did not care about me or what I wanted for my dress. She just kept exclaiming that I am too big to try on these dresses and I'm a size 8. Ouch. Thanks but no thanks. Unless you want verbal and emotional abuse on a day that should be special please go somewhere else.

I was just in there today and said yes to the dress! I loved my experience. The lady that helped me was so helpful, kind, and did great at picking out my style of dresses. You go around and pick 5 dresses you would like to try on, but they of course help you and walk around and show you what they find. They have a huge variety. Especially if you’re into a lot of detail and glamour. Overall, great experience!

Best bridal store in town! I came across the Bridal Superstore last week when I needed to get a tuxedo for an upcoming wedding. I was thoroughly impressed with the customer service and hospitality of all the employees. Everyone was very welcoming, patient and helpful. There is no better place than the Bridal Superstore, I would recommend it to anyone!

Deborah Levin is outstanding! I went by to look and a couple of things (without an appointment!) and she worked me right in and took great care of me! I told her just a little about what I was looking for and she suggested a few things that were exactly my style. It is so rare today to find someone who listens and takes the time to understand their customers needs and concerns. There was absolutely no pressure which was a plus since I wasn't able to commit at that moment. She is a true professional and I appreciated her honesty and kindness. I hope you will be lucky enough to have her as your specialist. I cannot recommend her enough!

I had an AMAZING experience at the Bridal Superstore! By far the best choice I made when finding my gown. I went in on a Sunday where they take walk ins only. Really wasn't expecting to find my dress. Right when we walked in Olivia ( I believe she worked the desk) greeted me and tried her very best to help me out. I don't believe she was a consultant, but she knew all the consultants were busy. She went above and beyond for me. Pulled dresses for me and got me in a fitting room. She did her best and then when Cindy the seamstress was available she took over. She listened to everything I said I was looking for and delivered. After an hour or so I walked out with my perfect gown!! I couldn't thank the employees of Bridal Superstore enough. The display of the dresses was perfect (waaaaay better than David's Bridal) and everyone was smiling and so nice. I will for sure recommend Bridal Superstore to all of my friends!

Best store for any prom or wedding!! I already got my prom dress and also looked through the wedding dresses and fell in love with so many! The people working there were so friendly and helpful! My experience should be rated more then 5 stars, but that's all possible. :) I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for beautiful (and handsome) dresses or tuxedos!!!

The service was above and beyond with attributes of patience, understanding and caring. It's clear the new management knows what they are doing. Also, there is so much variety and a great selection in high quality gowns. You won't be disappointed with Bridal Superstore to help you with your big day!!

I absolutely loved this place! I went here with my soon to be sister-in-law and the service was wonderful! We had tons of questions on styles, sizes, alterations, etc. and the staff was extremely helpful and patient. Would recommend to anyone looking for a dress for their wedding. Couldn't have had a better experience!

Words cannot describe how amazing my trip to the Bridal Superstore went.
I am a very awkward and hard to please person, yet Teresa made the whole experience enjoyable. I definitely recommend this place as a first stop.
I visited David's Bridal first, and, while they had some lovely dresses, none were ready-to-wear like at Bridal Superstore. I had trouble picking out dresses at David's Bridal because they were all stored in plastic bags and barely visible. At Bridal Superstore, all the dresses are on display and they have many on mannequins. Teresa was very helpful in directing me towards the correct sizes. I was a bit late in picking out my dress, and they have a huge selection of non-custom dresses to pick from. If you shop earlier than I did, they have just as many custom dresses available.
At Bridal Superstore they have a very relaxed system that allows you to walk around at your own pace, viewing dresses on the rack. They give you a number tag to place on the dresses you wish to try on, and then bring them to the dressing rooms while you're still looking around. I really enjoyed this, as I had problems trying to describe with words exactly what I was looking for.
Also, they have designer dresses that aren't as pricey as you would think. With the undergarments already built in, so you save money there as well. The good thing about these nicer dresses are the zippers. Every dress I was able to step into and instantly see how it would look on me, without worrying about tying the corset or buttoning up.
They had a clean restroom and a beautiful mirror area with raised blocks for viewing the dresses I tried on.
All in all, I had a great experience and recommend all brides to try the Bridal Superstore.

p.s. I was very shocked at seeing such low reviews below me, and had to edit my comment. Also, that someone commented about a contest for $500 being the only reason people left good reviews. I was never informed of anything like that, and the owner/manager herself asked me very kindly if I would leave a review. Apparently, they recently have a new owner, so perhaps the bad experiences were before new management had taken over.response / report this review -

Worst dress shopping experience I have had in all my years of looking for pageant, prom, homecoming, bridesmaids, and wedding dress shopping. I was not asked about my budget, or what I looking for. My guest was completely cut out of the dress shopping experience and ignored. The entire 25 Minutes we were there we felt rushed, encouraged to buy a dress that clearly didn't fit, and hovered over, even while in the dressing room. The few dresses we were shown were very poor quality and felt more costume like but at boutique prices. I wouldn't recommend this site if you and a girl friend are looking for bridesmaid dress ideas on a fun weekend, or in need of an event dress where you need to impress with quality.

Gorgeous, great store. Make an appointment! I went to 3 other dress stores befor this and I can say without a doubt the quality and selection is the best I had seen. They are very considerate of your budget as well. Teresa the consultant that helped me, was so sweet. She listened to what I said and helped me find the dress of my dreams. I even got hung up between 2 dresses and she gave me time to try them both on again and time to decide with my family which was so kind. I would recommend this store to everyone!

Katie was an absolute dream to work with! She was very patient with me and made sure I had exactly what I wanted. I could not decide between two dresses, we even left to go to lunch and when I came back she let me try on the two dresses I could not decide on. I finally said yes to my dream dress! Once again Katie was so accommodating and helpful and complementary. She let me take my time, and never made me feel rushed. She made sure everyone who came with me felt welcomed as well. Wonderful, outstanding staff!

Wow! Wonderful experience with this store. Once you have your appointment, you will receive special treatment. Not only did you get to try on the dresses YOU wanted, they pair you up with an employee that helps find styles that you love. This was the largest selection of dresses that I had seen and the dresses aren't covered in a bag. You get to see the full dress in all of its beauty! I'd highly recommend Katy, if you can get her during your appointment. She was so open and honest about the styles. She made my experience enjoyable. None of the staff pressured you throughout the process, which helped me to form my own opinions about the perfect dress for me. As far as cost, I felt I was getting a higher quality dress for my money. A dress for any kind of bride, they had it all - even a great selection of dresses you could buy off of the rack. Thanks Katy and Bridal Superstore for a beautiful gown I will love!
