I found my dress here and I absolutely loved the whole experience! Eva helped me find my dream gown and it was even on clearance! When I walked in for my appointment, they had my name printed out on a welcome sign in a suite where she asked me some questions about the wedding and what type of dress I was looking for. She then went back and pulled several dresses for me. I tried on almost a dozen, but fell in love with the 3rd one I tried and bought it that day. I never felt pressured to buy something more expensive than planned and Eva was super helpful in finding dresses that loved within my price range. My dress turned out to be one I never would have pulled off the rack myself! I also bought my petticoat and a veil that matches the dress perfectly and they're doing my alterations. I love that they'll keep the dress there until the big day so I don't have to try to hide it from my fiance! I highly recommend Yvonne's!

Working with the Bridal Gallery by Yvonne has been an emotional rollercoaster. In the beginning I was very upset. I was told when I purchased my dress that it would fit like an A-line when it came in and was actually " my size" - not necessarily what you want to hear but I loved the lace so I believed the saleswoman and purchased the dress. I was a little disappointed when my dress came in and I tried it on as my dress was a modified A-line and not a true A-line dress as I was told when I first purchased my dress with the saleswoman Janet. My first time I tried on my dress was with Yvonne- she made me feel at ease and was very reassuring. We came up with a tentative schedule for future fittings and alterations. My first fitting was stressful- I came in with a list of things I wanted changed on my dress and there just was not enough time. The seamstress had to bounce back and forth between other appointments and I was asked to come back on another day the next week for the last appointment so more time could be spent on the dress. The second fitting (which ended up being considered my true first fitting) was with another staff member and she was outstanding! She got Marge (the seamstress) and we started discussing different alteration plans. We only had time to get to the sleeves and the top of the dress (bust) pinned. We still had so many other alterations that needed to be done and the wedding was only 2 weeks away! I was beyond stressed! My next fitting appointment was with the original saleswoman Janet as Yvonne was not there that day. I knew we didn't have a great history but I went in open minded and she proved again to be extremely arrogant, rude, and not helpful. I left crying. No alterations were completed or even started from my previous fitting. We discussed more alterations that needed to be completed such as adding on my belt, hemming the bottom of the dress, adding buttons, adding a bustle - and to top it off my wedding was in 1 week!!!! The next day I felt so sick to my stomach and stressed so I called to make sure that Janet would not be there for my next fitting and Yvonne ensured that Yvonne would be there for my next fitting. My last fitting was the Tuesday (4 days) before my wedding with Yvonne and Marge. I was the very last appointment that night. I stood there from 6:30pm- 9:30pm while Marge hand sewed everything onto my dress. The work that Marge does is absolutely AMAZING!!! Marge and Yvonne are so incredibly patient and kind and so reassuring. I left that night crying HAPPY tears. My vision of my dress finally came together and I looked beautiful! I purchased another dress because I was afraid that I would hate my dress from Yvonne's and that night I decided I was not even going to wear my second dress and I was going to stay in my dress from Yvonne's the entire wedding night. I trusted Marge to take my dress and reinforce all the sewing because that night was the last night I would have it on before my wedding day.
I picked up my dress Thursday afternoon from Janet because Friday morning at 8am we were leaving for Warrensburg so we could begin setting up for the wedding and to have the rehearsal. Thursday night as I was packing my husband asked if my veil was in my dress bag or in a separate bag. That is when it hit meMY VEIL!!!!! Janet never made sure my veil was with my dress!!!!! The fury raged through me- I double and triple checked my dress bag and undergarment bag- my veil was NO WHERE TO BE FOUND! Then I remembered..we were so worried about my dress that I hadn't tried on my veil since my very FIRST fitting!
In the end everything ended up working out but I feel that so many alterations wouldn't have had to be done if I wasn't lied to when I purchased my dress initially. If you do anything AVOID working with Janet. She is the only staff member that is terrible to work with and caused so much stress and tears.
If I could only rate Marge and Yvonne I would give 10 stars. They are both absolutely amazing people and made the process so much easier.report this review -

I can't even describe how wonderful it was working with Yvonne's! The consultant saw my vision perfectly and found me the perfect most stunning gown. Out of my 4 appointments there not one of them was frustrating, or nerve wracking. Everything was done perfectly with professionalism and happiness, and I couldn't have asked for a better dress experience for my wedding. Absolutely phenomenal.. GO.HERE!!!

Customer service here was amazing! I made an appointment a few weeks before I came in. At that time, there was only an afternoon appointment open but I was put on a wait list for a morning slot. Yvonne called me a week out to offer the earlier appointment and I took it. I got to the salon with my mom and we were the first customers there. The girl who helped us out was great, she listened to what I was looking for and we found a dress surprisingly quick. They also offer discounts on your first visit so definitely keep that in mind when planning your first trip. I didn't bring my grandma or MOH and they told us we can come back and try some more dresses on when they get some more of my favorite designers dress and bring in those we were missing the first visit. I just had to put a deposit down to hold the price!

I would highly recommend bridal gallery by Yvonne! The workers were all extremely friendly and helpful. I also loved that they carry David tutera gowns. I found a dress that was similar to what I was looking for that was David tutera but not exactly what I wanted. The seamstress made magic happen! She turned the dress into everything I could have wanted and then some! She works wonders! In addition I ordered my bridesmaid dresses here and all of my bridesmaids have worn their dresses on several occasions after my wedding! Very high quality!!

Not only did I get two STUNNING dresses from the Bridal Gallery by Yvonne, but I also experienced a seamless process, from picking out my dress to picking it up the day of the event. Thank you everyone at the Bridal Gallery for being such a great help!!

Just stopped in w. my 3 daughters for prom gowns and employees barely acknowledged we were in the store. It is a Thur. afternoon and no other customers were in the store. Very disappointed and will not be returning.

Absolutely amazing service I had a consultant named Eva she is fantastic. Forever giving out recommendations this store is great always greeted with smiles and they always listen and work with anyone .

I cannot begin to tell people just how wonderful my experience at Yvonne's was. I have a lot of insecurities due to losing over 100 pounds and I went not knowing how I would look in a wedding dress. Eva was my consultant and she was fantastic, she asked all the right questions and pulled the perfect dresses for what I was looking for. She made me feel so comfortable and I so appreciated that. I ended up finding the dress of my dreams and never feeling more beautiful thanks to Yvonne and her staff. It was a delight working with Yvonne too, she made sure everything was perfect for me. I loved it here and I highly recommend that anyone looking for great service and a loving staff go here.report this review -

OUTSTANDING! 2nd TO NONE!! From the moment I walked through the door the 1st appointment I was treated like a Queen. The boutique is quaint, clean, and the staff is personable. I was congratulated and we were escorted to a suite that was cozy and beautiful. The had an 8X10 frame that read "Welcome Marcella". I felt so special!!! They worked with me on price and came right out and stated they will not get offended if you go elsewhere for alterations as they are pricey. BUT then tell you to come back as they will press it for you in the days before your wedding day. Yvonne knows her business! She, along with the rest of her staff put their clients 1st and treat you and your bridal party/family like you are a member of their family!

Less than 48 hours before my event, i walked into Yvonne's hoping to find a new, pure white dress to replace the off white dress I was sold by another store. Immediately every employee was by my side helping me find the perfect dress. Then the seamstress, Marge, told me she would be willing to fix the dress I had (even though it was not bought at their gallery) in 24 hours, for a price I could afford. Marge did an absolutely amazing job. in just 24 hours she was able to remake my dress with pure white fabric, and the dress looked absolutely flawless! All the employee's at Yvonne's took me under their wing and truly helped make my event special. If you're looking for a bridal gallery that truly cares, I highly recommend Yvonne's. as far as seamstresses go, Marge is absolutely the best!
