Great wings! Really nice outdoor fire pit and bar. Good spring/summer spot.

Went on an impromptu dinner outing with coworkers on a Saturday evening. The place was crowded, but we were seated right away. The service was average at best, but the desserts made up for it. We shared the brownie and the apple crisp. Both were incredible - I still can't decide which I liked more. The appetizers were standard but good. Loved that we were able to sit on couches to eat our meals - super cozy. I would dine here again.

Service was good and the appetizers were great and the desserts superb. The waiter refilled my water without being prompted. I don't recommend their steak tips, but their French fries and ranch sauce was above average. The bathrooms were clean.

This place is phenomenal. I remember coming in here with a group of co-workers months ago and it was breathtaking how beautiful it is, along with their humble staff and steadfast response to big groups. If you're looking for a place to bring your large group, this is the place for you.

One of my favorite places to come. Everything always tastes amazing. Have had brunch and dinner options and have never had one complaint.

I would give 5 stars but the hostess messed that up. I won't go until detail there; all I will say is keep asking for what you want and when possible ask for Lloyd to be your server. Great wine and beer selection. Food is perfect compliment for drink options. If you're looking for low key, unusual but tasty bar food choices , this is the place to go.

We had weird service when we went there but it wasn't bad. The pretzels and dip were amazing as well as the waffles and country friend chicken. I definitely want to go back and try more off the menu!

I had the most amazing experience in your South Plainfield location. The General Manager and staff's customer service was over the top. They were very welcoming and accommodating. The food was without a doubt delicious. The ambiance was just what one need after a long day. Smooth and Easy is how I will describe it. A must go. Girls its a REAL man caveif you know what I mean :-)

This was the worst meal and experience ever. I ordered pizza that you really can't go wrong with and it was so spicy I couldn't even eat it. I also asked for no arugula and they still put arugula on my damn pizza. And I emphasized on no arugula!!!! My friend had allergies to dairy and asked them to not put cheese and butter or pickles on her sandwich and they put it on anyways then when she sent it back just scraped it off. Not to mention her burger was raw. My other friend also had a raw burger and a hair in her food. Service was absolutely horrible. It took half an hour just to get a drink of water and a simple cup of blue cheese, not to mention our food and checks and to even order. Your better off turning around and going to the lobster pub next door.

A very pleasant evening well spent at this place.. I had a zombie, and it's one of the best cocktail that I have ever had.. amazing service and snacks. This place has a great ambience and crowd, definitely worth all the money spent.

Terrible experience with the bartender, especially. Food was good, beer was cold but the service was suspect. In a word: Guinness. I ordered a Guinness pint. The accepted methodology to pouring a Guinness pint is to fill it up to the bottom of the harp, let it rest, then top it off. My pint was brought to me overflowing within 30 seconds of me ordering it. This bartender was a young blonde girl, so maybe she didn't get properly trained in the execution of a proper Guinness pint pour. My tip did not reflect her poor service being a former bartender myself.

Not a bad place. Decent food. HOWEVER the bartenders friends showed up and sat beside us. They were drinking some weird brand of bourbon and we were drinking beer and had some food. They left about 30 minutes before us. When we got the bill, their drinks were on it!
    Their drinks totaled $45

Great atmosphere. Very cozy seating for you and a date or group of friends. It's a trendy social tavern with a local inmate feel. The lamb burger is amazing!!!!!

Our bartender Amanda was awesome. Suggested the perfect seasonal beer. Great bar food and plenty of parking. Outdoor fire pit and inside fireplace. I'm not a prude, but I like the uniform change for the ladies. No more skimpy outfits.

Brick House Tavern + Tap is a local favorite for me because of the rather large beer selection, the large drink menu and a good selection of refined bar food. Being someone who enjoys a good craft beer, the large amount of local and small brew beers is especially welcoming because there aren't a lot of large restaurants and bars that offer small brew beers. The food is excellent and the portions are rather large. Whether you are here for a drink or a sit down meal the Brick House Tavern + Tap has something for everyone. Highly recommend.
