  Kayla was so helpful! The washer & dryer she recommended were perfect, she was a miracle worker finding financing for me, the pricing here is unbeatable, and all of my other appliances & Furniture were delivered exactly on time. I can’t wait to go pick out more furniture for my other two rooms soon!

  these were the most helpful people I have ever done business with they ordered exactly what I wanted and got it in and to me very quickly gave me updates on when it was ordered and when it would be delivered and was very nice people and I will be shopping there for all my home furnishings from now on

  Best prices I could find around and I liked the sales people and got to talk to Brian himself and he made me a good deal. It's nice to talk to the guy whose name is on the sign. The only complaint I have is that I couldn't get the furniture the same day.

  First off, I'd like to say that I HATE buying furniture, but I like this store a lot. They gave me a good discount since I was buying a lot and were helpful with moving some of my junk out and scheduling the delivery around me. I will be buying here the next time I need furniture.

  I spent all weekend looking for furniture and ended up just getting frustrated most places until I came here. I kept looking around because I thought I might find a better deal somewhere else, but all I found was frustration. After looking everywhere in the London/Corbin area, I returned here because they were the friendliest and had the best prices. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good deal. They won't look down their nose at you and offer free local delivery. I made a gmail account just to review this business, and I never review anything. Instead of giving everywhere else bad reviews, I had to give Brian's the best possible review because it was the only place around where the people were reasonable and friendly.

  We bought a queen size bed for our daughter as graduation present and less than a year later the bed rail broke!!!! When we returned to Jerry's Furniture to try to get the rail fixed they stated they only had a 90 day warranty. I understand that so we paid for a new bed rail to be ordered and it was to arrive in 2 weeks and it has now been 3 weeks and no bedrail. When I called to ask about the bed rail this week the man at the store tells us that the manufacturer has shut down for the 4th of July and that it will be another 2 weeks before we get the bed rail. I do not understand how my ordering a part 2 weeks before the manufacturer shuts down affects my part. I believe the sales staff failed to order the part. When I questioned the staff and pushed for a better answer or at least an apology for not calling and notifying us of the delay I was told they did not need rude customers like me. I ABSOLUTELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. Apparently they do not need any customers especially those who are paying them!!!!!
