  Even before my accident, I had substantial pain and limitations in my left shoulder. When I was rear-ended, my shoulder got much worse, but I made the mistake of telling the insurance company that I already needed shoulder surgery prior to the accident.
  
  Despite this, Adam worked with my medical providers, reviewed my medical records with them, and got them to agree that I was in fact NOT surgical prior to the accident--but I certainly was afterward.
  
  Even with my shoulder surgeon on board, we still faced an uphill battle due to my off-the-cuff recorded statement that I previously needed surgery. As a result, we had to file a lawsuit, go through discovery and depositions, and endure a lengthy and slow negotiation process.
  
  With my doctors on my side but my own statement working against us, both sides had a lot of risk if we were to proceed to trial. Accordingly, Adam was able to negotiate a settlement that exceeded my expectations.
  
  Adam represented me for almost 4 years, and during that time, took a job at his new law firm. I had the choice to remain with Adam’s old firm, but I decided to stick with Adam, and I’m so glad I did. If you need someone who can stand up to insurance companies for 4 years in a complex case, then give Adam a call and see if he will help you.

  I suffered a devastating knee injury when I slipped and fell on ice in the Mount Baker School District Parking Lot.
  
  They say you can’t fight City Hall, but Adam sure did, and in a big way.
  
  Adam and his team investigated what happened and were able to convince the School District that they were liable for my injuries, even without having to fight it out in court.
  
  In the nearly three years that Adam represented me, I was impressed with the investigation he did, grateful that he dealt with the School District and their insurance people, and thrilled with the final result.
  
  I never would have been able to get a result like this without Adam, and I strongly recommend you give him a call if you have been injured to see if he will help you, too.

  After a serious biking accident, my wife and I thought it would be simple dealing with insurance companies. Well, it's not! We are so thankful we hired a personal injury attorney.   I contacted Matt after experiencing a major injury. Matt and his staff were so patient, compassionate and caring, right from the start. This continued all the way through to the end. They were always very professional and extremely knowledgeable.
  Matt and his staff have been so good at keeping me informed, and always took the time to answer all of my questions. This was important to me during this stressful time. Matt's interest lies in helping people, and he and his staff give it their all in fighting for the best outcome for his clients.We faced some obstacles throughout the process. Including Covid and distance. Matt and his staff stayed the course. They were very encouraging every step of the process.
  I have to say, I was extremely surprised, and most definitely pleased with the outcome of my case. I would highly recommend Matt and his wonderful staff. I would not have wanted to take go through this process with anyone else. They were all so amazing.
