  I have several light fixtures from Brass Light Gallery.The products are always made consistently with a high quality and craftsmanship. Steve is always helpful with his knowledge of design. HIs recommendations are always the perfect solution. I highly recommend a visit to the Brass Light Gallery showroom or the website. They have such a wide selection of fixture styles and options, including custom design and antique lighting.

  I have purchased many lights from this company and they always provide excellent service and their lighting is amazing. The fit and finish is always perfect. Living on an island in Hawaii, shipping things is always a challenge but they made it so simple and the lights arrived perfect. We will order from them again and again and again. Aloha

  I used Brass Light Gallery for my whole house - both vintage and new stuff. Their stuff is absolutely beautiful, and Steve and the whole team and incredibly knowledgeable. They have great taste and made lots of suggestions, but never pushed. Very service oriented and friendly. I could not be happier with the experience or the gorgeous lighting!

  I couldn't be happier with my new lights from Brass Light Gallery! Janel (my sales rep) is top notch in every way. I was so happy with the wonderful customer service and the effort that was made to make sure I selected the right product for my project. These lanterns are exquisite with no detail left off- they are worth every penny and then some. We have received numerous compliments already in the short two weeks we have had them. When I visited the showroom on one occasion, I had the pleasure of a tour from Whitney. She was very knowledgeable and great to work with as well. Wow- this group is really terrific and I highly recommend them in every way.

  I was the victim of customer discrimination at Brass Light Gallery on Saturday March 11. I was not even allowed to enter their showroom. I am a short Asian female, who looks much younger than my actual age. I entered their front door with my son in a stroller but to get to the showroom there was a flight of stairs. A staff member came out from the room on the left and I asked him where the elevators were, but he said they only have freight elevators. The next thing he said to me was "this is not BBC lighting." I told him I knew that, and he repeats it, adding, "Do you know what BBC is? It's the discount light store." Again I told him I was aware of that. Then he asked me what I was looking for and what price range. I told him I am looking for a dining room chandelier and my price range was from $500-1000. He said their chandeliers start at $1500. I told him their website lists chandeliers in the 500-1000 price range, and he answered that they don't have those chandeliers in their showroom. He said I should go to Elektra Lighting instead. Clearly I was not even welcome to look at their products in their showroom because he did not think I can afford their products. I thanked him and left.

  I have purchased several lights for my home. They gave great advice and a great product. I could not fing the same quality and period lighting anywhere else in Milwaukee. I was very pleased.

  I have been familiar with Brass Light Gallery and admired the lighting selection for quite some time. Recently, I purchased my first Brass Light Gallery fixture. It is the European Country Lantern (product code EX-5008-A12).
  This light was chosen after a long search to find a lighting fixture that would match the look of my home, while giving it some additional style.
  The workmanship, finish, and overall quality have far surpassed my expectations!
  Customer service and follow-though have also been top notch.
  I highly recommend Brass Light Gallery for any and all lighting needs!
