We saw the sign from the highway and were so excited it was open until 9 pm. As soon as we walked in the door we told them we were excited to see them open, we weren't greeted with a smile but told to hurry we only had 30 min to look. Ok, I can understand that, workers eager to get home but customer service goes a long way. At 20 min to 9 a worker started walking by us giving us looks like we needed to get moving, we felt so uncomfortable. We came to the counter to check out at 8:50, 3 workers at the register but not one of them said anything to us, just started grabbing our things to ring up. The cashier was extremely rude, I was so shocked, rude looks, snapping the pen and receipt on the counter. I finally looked at my husband and asked if I missed something, were we seriously being treated this way because they closed in 10 minutes?!! It's a shame, this looks like a great mall but the customer service was horrible. I'm giving two stars instead of 1 because the girl wrapping our items was nice.

Rude customer service. Seems like you bother them when you ring buzzer for service in glass cases. Help ends up waiting on someone else in that row. I mentioned it to help the second time it happened. Help said I have to ring buzzer for service (I had) I mentioned that was the second time it happened in half hour! Help said I should have said something to other person before they waited on them! I didn't want to make a scene. (But it turned out that way anyway!)
The way they conduct business just isn't warranted!! I would have stayed to shop more but they were down right argumentative too Never apologizing!

Also they write everything down that YOU LOOK AT before moving to the next case. (Really?? Everything you just looked at??) Takes to much time for that! (Im a jewelry dealer) Buying is one thing, but just looking at an item too??? I won't be stopping there again. Don't want to waste the whole day away waiting to see items in there cases when there are many other places to shop.

It is a fun place to stroll through & look through the glass cases of childhood memories & find fun treasures to take home that you can't find anywhere else. Inventory changes a lot from week to week so you never know what you find there when your looking around. Love going there to see what's new.

A great mall because it is quite large. It is located in a former bowling alley a couple miles west of the Wichita airport. One does have to take care because there are different levels and some sloping areas in the floor. If you can't find what you are looking for, it might be because you didn't have time to look hard enough. The employees are delighted to help you locate what you want.

The best antique store around. Everything you can think of with a great professional staff. Highly recommended.

This place is awesome. One of the rare establishments where there really is something for everyone. No matter what your hobby/collecting preferences, you will find it here!

Lots of antiques. Huge store. I really enjoyed the vintage Mickey Mouse stuff. There are way more aisles than you would think, and you can find some great treasures. Watch out for the junk and new/more recent stuff. You will need at least an hour to go through this place.

Would not go back. They had 20% off items over $50 Saturday, but would not take the usual 10% off on a $49 item. Are You Kidding Me! I purchase a lot of antiques, and visit this chain in other towns, but I will not return to this one. The Lady Manager had Major Attitude. Moved on down the road. I run my own business, and I Never pass up a Cash Sale, Over 10 % !!!!

Every Brass Armadillo I have been I find goodies for my home, studio, and crafts I make to sell. Most prices are good. The customer service is always commendable.

This is a nice, and large, antique mall. The aisles are labeled as streets and avenues and the individual booth are well numbered. Shopping baskets and carts are available. While challenging to get to from I-35/80, your persistence is rewarded.

Nice big place with a well organized flea market feel. Was fairly easy to moved around with the store full of all kinds of things from all different time periods and styles. Will go back again.

Large mall, nice layout, clean. Not used to having an item we asked to have held for us immediately added to invoice without a final approval. Items are rung up and presented with final bill when checking out without final viewing of items. Checker seemed perturbed that we asked to see our items and that she had to move the items from shelf to counter for our viewing, then move back to wrapping area. Second time we've been in this store recently where we felt the check out personnel were not overly friendly. Prefer store in Omaha.

They have something for everyone here. Plan to spend at least an hour or two--longer if you want to see everything. You never know what you'll find.

I pretty much use the Brass Armadillo as a department store to decorate my entire house. Love this place!

A nice, big antique mall with a wide variety of items. Prices run average to high, but there is a lot to look at, and plenty of time to do it. There is usually help readily available if you need it. They have nice, clean public restrooms and an area to sit and relax if you like. I have spotted a few repop items that were not marked as such. There is more "craft" than I like to see in an "antique" store, but not much overall.

    They have storewide sales occasionally.
