    I wanted to buy a Civic EX-L and clicked to "Get EPRICE". I got emails, texts, and phone calls to make an appointment, test drive, a price for a Honda Pilot, lots of sales talk about how much I could save. Lots of wasted time emailing with Sarah Stone who did not seem to understand that I wanted to BUY a CIVIC, not talk about the dealership or make an appointment. Why make it so hard to BUY a car? If I wanted to visit a dealership, I wouldn't be shopping online.

    I have bought one bran new Honda from Brannon and never had any type of problem. I felt as if I got a good deal and wasn't rushed into buying something I didn't like. O have also bought 2 newer used Hondas not from a dealership and habe brought them to Brannon for services. They still took car of the cars. My hybrid needed a new IMA battery (under warranty) and they didn't give me any problems with it. The people that make that place run smoothly including owners and managers are always nice and fun to talk with

    This company is a joke. They were the 3rd honda dealer i went to to compare prices. The other lots offered me $2500 for my trade and a decent discount on their car. Brannon offered me $400 (!) for my car! Seriously?! And hardly any off of their car. A serious disrespect of me and waste of my time. Will never waste my time here again.

    I called with an engine emergency during my cross country trip. I was forwarded to 3 different people and the last person I was forwarded to didn’t answer and gave me a voicemail. I left a message and asked them to call me back ASAP so I could bring my car in in the morning. No one called back so I called again and was assured by the front desk the next person would pick up the phone and help me. I was forwarded and no one answered AGAIN so I left ANOTHER message to call me back so I could come in in the morning as I had a 10 hour trip to do that day. NO ONE CALLED ME BACK EVER not even the next morning!

    This dealership has not presented itself in a respectable manner. The general sales manager calls his salesmen liars, and refuses to make things right with his customers! If you're looking for a dealership with integrity, then go somewhere else! Such disrespect!

    Took my car into the service department on Friday, they said they'd probably be able to get it done by the end of the day. They called us at the very end of the day with what needed done on it and they hadn't even started working on it yet. Said they needed parts they didn't have. After Labor Day had passed my husband called on Tuesday. They said they'd either have it done by the end of the day or early on Wednesday but they'd call to give an update. Well, they never called and when we tried to call to see what was going on the dealership was open but the service department was already closed. So we went in early on Wednesday morning at 7am and then waited for 45 minutes to get my car. Now I'm late for work, didn't get an apology and when I made a comment how disappointed I was in the service the guy who was putting my paper work together didn't even look up or say anything to acknowledge my complaint. Never recommending or coming back to this dealership again.

    Poor sales staff. We were given much better offers from multiple other dealers. We gave Brannon an opportunity to match the other offers because they are more convenient; we were told we didn't "understand" what the other dealers were offering and that the other dealers were lying and we would be crying to them soon. We bought the same car from a different dealer for a better price. If you work next door to Brannon, drive to the next dealer and you will be glad you did!

    Bought a new Ridgeline RTL-E a couple of weeks ago and had an overall very positive experience, not to mention at the best price in the area. My salesman Brian, is a real pro who knows his business. I was in and out in perhaps 1.5 hours, and as I didn't trade in a vehicle had no way to get the new one home, which was about 25 miles. No problem, as Brian drove it to my house (almost beat me there), and had his colleague follow him in another vehicle. I experienced NONE of the sleazy tactics often used by many dealers. Everything considered, I would highly recommend Brannon HONDA, and many thanks to Brian Moore and the entire staff!

    Used car manager had no interest in talking to me after driving 2 and a half hours after being told by emails he was very interested in helping me. The emails from owners which seemed so nice and helpful must be form letters. Thanks Mr Gary

    My wife had to take my daughters car in for service. I called ahead of time to set everything up, and spoke to Mr Gary Nichols. From that point on he took care of everything. He is very professional and a joy to speak with over the phone. He kept me up to date every step of the process. Thank you Gary....

    Easy to work with , especially after dealing with Serra Nissan! No attitudes, and they went over and beyond to get me in the car I wanted, for the price I wanted. Everyone, from the salesperson (Gloria), to the sales manager, finance manager and GM were nice people, and willing to do what it takes to make a customer happy! My week would have been a lot easier if I had just gone to Brannon Honda first. Proud new owner of a 2017 Accord Sport!

    5 Stars all the way around. From when my wife purchased her CRV to routine maintenance- everyone has been great . Not what I'd generally expect from a dealership but these guys are different. 5 STARS.

    If your looking for a great car buying experience with a fair price tag, and outstanding customer service then Brannon Honda will meet your needs and expectations! I'm not very easy to please and I was more than pleased with the services from their staff (Mr.C-Allen, and Mr.Gene) etc. I bought a used Honda pilot and it had somethings that didn't meet my standards and they had no problem fixing them for me. This came about a week later after I had purchased the pilot. (Things I didn't notice the day of the purchase).Now that's great customer service! Their service guy Gene is amazing! So needless to say I'll be keeping my business with these guys and anyone I know I'll send their way too! Keep up the great customer service Brannon!!!

    Last week was my first (new) car buying experience, and I must say it was a fantastic one! Bryant, Joey, Ben, and Patrick were all SO helpful and informative through every single step. I went in expecting to just browse, and walked out with a beautiful Accord (and not because they were pushy - solely because they are selling a great product and were NOT pushy). I would recommend them to anyone and everyone looking to buy a new (or used) car! Thanks again guys!
