Will not shop here again. Was told it would take 3 weeks to get the sectional couch I ordered and here it is, 5 weeks now and still nothing. I have called over and over and get the same response. Going to get my refund

I don't know if it is new management or what but customer service is awful. I ordered a rug with a couch and love seat set that I never received and had to get a refund on because it kept "getting lost". Had to have the pillows fix multiple times and the arms on both the couch and love seat broke down in a year's time. Management and staff are rude and act like you are wasting their time. Brad's will sell you a lemon. If you are thinking about shopping Brad's, I suggest you go elsewhere because current management is the worst!

Purchased a recliner on black Friday and was promised delivery of 12/13/2013 and now am being told it will not arrive until be next year. I do not recommend making a purchase that is not in stock with this organization.

I've purchased a few things from this store, and everyone there is extremely friendly. In my last purchase, I got a sofa and chair. I took delivery of it myself, and when I got home I found a part on the underside was broken. They picked it up from my house, fixed it, and returned it for no extra charge. They easily could have said that I should have seen that when I picked it up and that I did it while taking it home, but they took the high road. I'd recommend them to anyone.
