I went to have brake lines installed on my chevy! This place charged me 2k plus for the work done and didn't do half the work right, broke studs off my wheels! Now I've just re done all the work myself they claimed they done! To say the least a bunch of dam crooks..I wouldn't buy a tri-cycle from you people!
Found my new Honda online located at Boyd Honda. Gordon Winfield gave me a great deal and very knowledgeable on all the particulars of my new Honda. Made it worth my 50 mile drive. Grace Tanner had my paperwork done lightning fast. Great experience. VERY friendly staff.

Got in and out pretty reasonably after an oil/ filter, transmission fluid change, and recall. I was disappointed that after spending $160 they didn't wash my car. Friendly group.

Today they really looked out for us! Our vehicle needed repairs that were gonna take a couple of days so they put me in another one til the job is done! Amber & a coworker helped me get everything into the other car cause I had 2 small children to get into car seats etc. They were a blessing! Thank the Lord for their help!

The service staff at Boyd Honda was great. I was traveling from out of town through South Hill and had flat tire last night (Sunday). I had to get a hotel room and first thing today (Monday) I was able to drive my car over to the service department at 7:10am. They did not technically open until 7:30am, but they greeted me anyway and started the process of trying to find a tire to fit the car I was driving (7 series BMW). Come to find out, I needed two tires and they were able to locate another used tire for the car. They worked as fast as they could locating the tires and providing a great service quickly to get me back on the road. I highly recommend this dealership and their service department. Great Experience!!

All of my experiences here have been very good at this time. With the exception of receiving a second key for a used vehicle I purchased a couple of years ago.
I took my Toyota Tacoma in for a state inspection and to have the brakes checked.
They checked my brakes and advised that all that was needed was an adjustment, not expensive new parts. I appreciate their honesty greatly, and I know I can trust them to give me sound guidance.
The work was performed in a timely manner and at very reasonable prices.
I guess most people don't realize that even though it's a Honda dealership, it's a full service garage for any make or model, plus a clean and friendly state inspection station.
The shop is incredibly clean, and you can tell that the techs and the dealership care about keeping it that way. That attitude transfers over to your vehicle when they work on it.
I've had to clean up behind other mechanics, but Boyd's crew always leaves things they way they found them or better.

We are so lucky to have this dealership in its new location! I was 30 minutes late for my scheduled oil change and the Sr. Service Rep, Chris Brown, was gracious and professional! I observed Chris handle many customers as I relaxed in the dealership's incredibly comfortable waiting area enjoying some Boyd Guest WiFi. Chris managed the day-to-day details while also chatting comfortably and easily with the customers and even handled impatient, unscheduled walk-ins demanding service with warmth and professionalism. Jim in the Parts Department was also incredibly friendly and easy to work with while he gave me a list of prices for various items I needed and wanted for my Pilot. The best thing I could possibly say is that I'm looking forward to my next oil change and a small repair that I need. Truly... it's crazy - but it's like going to the salon for my car! They've locked my business in!! Thanks, Chris and Jim!
