I prepaid for a job. Then they raise the price half way through the job, after I had already paid. Which now no longer made them the lowest bid I received. Tore down my whole fence and three trees and removed my landscaping I did not request to be done. Charged me for an extra dumpster because they said they didn't realize there was a swimming pool liner. Since when does a swimming pool liner fill a whole dumpster? Then they never send me a invoice for the extra cost that was not part of the original deal I prepaid for. Instead they trespass onto my property and leave a note attached to a friends truck he had parked there threatening to take me to small claims court! Very unprofessional. They may come in at the lowest bid but take that with a grain of salt. I'm sure after they start work they'll raise your price!
