Wednesday afternoon team (office) event. We all enjoyed ourselves. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Nice place, service is awesome, kids have a lot of fun.
Good looking Alley but Poor lane and pin equipment lanes constantly break down.
Nice alley, but lanes were all booked for a friday night event so the unlimited bowling after 10 was a no go...
Expensive and everyone kinda looked like they hated their jobs. Children's shows on all TV's and difficult to get drinks.
Decent food. Great people.
Bowlero is awesome!! i had so much fun bowling here with my friends. the food is delicious as well.
A bit pricy, but what bowling place isn't these days. Beautiful interior; modern style. Lanes jam up occasionally, but not as bad as they used to at this place and they are quick to fix. The staff is friendly and efficient, and the food is solid.
Since the renovations were completed this is an entirely new ally. The lanes are great, Just wish there were better bowling balls
Great atmosphere for kids of all ages.... and great fun for adults too..
Long waits! Grew up in the place for 35 years and all of a sudden it's too good for you since they remodeled. Better "reserve" lanes with a sales representative in the sales department well ahead for any type of outing that involes more than 2 people on a lane because it will be guaranteed at least a 2 hour wait. Never this crazy and it's absurd that you would have to do that for a pair of lanes. Not like we were renting half the alley for the night. Way to alienate the location's supporters for a quick buck with the new crowd. Rather stay home or find a new thing to do.
This bowling alley now has booths, so it is good for the kids. A bit pricey, but theses days what isn't? The staff are helpful
This has become the WORST bowling alley in the area. The ball returns and machines are constantly breaking, the computer scorekeepers are only partially functioning, and bowling hours are constantly changing. I bowl in a Wed. night league and have been going on Sunday morning for practice. Now, with the "new renovations", the lights go out, and "extreme bowling" starts by 11am even if there's nobody there! When you ask why, you're told "speak to corporate", this is what they want.
Before going this morning I called to make sure they were open (New Years Eve). The answering service said they were open at 9am. When I arrived at 9:15, the lanes were closed, and the door sign said it opens at 11am. When I went home and checked online, the hours were posted as 10am.
They need to GET THEIR ACT TOGETHER. They also need to get back to putting their regular league players first, and NOT make the regulars 2nd class citizens to birthday parties and video games.
If you want to BOWL, this should be your LAST choice.
