  We recently purchased a used car from Boston Volvo. Finally, a company whose employees respond quickly, accurately and professionally. Thanks in particular to Brianna, Mike and Ian. The three went above and beyond. Their price was very fair and most competitive. We had a couple glitches with the car shortly after taking delivery (which they willingly/happily delivered to us in NH), but they solved all issues without hesitation and covered costs for minor repair that was needed. They clearly have a practice of doing the right thing. I truly appreciate what should be the “norm” but certainly isn’t.....a rare breed was found. Thanks folks!

  All I can say is WOWWW! Boston Volvo Village has the best hard working employees I've ever came across. Stacy was more then helpful. With that being said, If your interesting in buying a car, go to Volvo Village and ask for Stacy. If she's busy, grab some of there delicious popcorn by the front desk.   I had a unique experience at Volvo Village. I heard about the quality of Volvo and I decided to give it a chance and test drive. After the test drive, I found out that actually, Volvo is a great car. Also, the staff at Volvo Village are very respectful. What I like about Volvo Village is being on-time. I scheduled my test drive at 11:00 AM and as soon as I got there, one of the staff took care of me and we test drove one of the SUVs. Nelson explained all the details about the car and all the features. Then they provided me with a pretty good offer to trade in my own car. There was a little miscommunication which was addressed right away. Also, general manager, Brad, is very respectful and caring.

From our first visit - through our 3 different test drives - to actually buying the car, everyone we met was positive and supportive even though we might have been kinda persistent and sometimes confused customers.   After decades as a loyal Saab owner, I moved to Volvo and a 2018 V90, a new model available here only by special order or Swedish pick-up. Stacey Watson, their overseas delivery manager, handled the details, especially the arrival and setup here, flawlessly, with good grace and attention to detail. What a joy to see the car again, after having had the pleasure of driving it around Sweden for 2 weeks and having had to give it (free from Volvo) water wings to come over!

  We purchased a preowned from Boston Volvo. The highlight was definitely working with Stacey Watson. She answered all my questions in a timely manner. Recently we researched buying a new car from them and again we worked with Stacey. We did not end up going with the particular option but Stacey went above and beyond trying to get the price we needed and researching some of the issues we had. She even called our town office, we are out of state, to try and work out the tax numbers. If you are going there, ask for Stacey...she gets it! Thanks again Stacey!!

  I'm writing this review for Boston Village Volvo in Allston, Ma. After having a terrible experience with the dealer in which I purchased my last vehicle I was very apprehensive about this whole process...until I went here. I had already gone to other dealers first. First; I met with a fairly new sales rep named Josh. I think I drove him crazy running everywhere for me and in intense heat outside. Nothing I asked him was too much for him to do for me. The communication with him went above and beyond. Before i even met with Josh I spoke to Brianne and she went out of her way to find me the right person to work with. She was wonderful. Then I met Cathy at the front desk who went out of her way to accommodate me even feeding me after a long day of waiting for my insurance company to call. Then the finance dept. (you know who you are,) that I had an amazing conversation with after they had gotten me a great finance rate. Overall, it was a wonderful experience with a great team, and I was happy to do business with them. I have friends and a husband who will also be going there when they are ready.I;m sorry that this review is so long but I needed to let them all know how much I appreciated them and all of their efforts.   I didn't buy a car at Boson Volvo because it is a 150-mile drive for me and at the last minute the specific configuration I wanted showed up at a local dealer. However, based on the very helpful back-and-forth I had with their Internet marketing team (Myles and Brianna) I was fully prepared to drive the 150 miles. During the course of my search I communicated with maybe six or seven Volvo dealers and they were by far the most responsive and helpful.

  We've bought our last three cars from Boston Volvo Village and had them serviced there exclusively for over ten years. I can't say enough about how consistently great the experience is and how much we appreciate the quality of the work, follow up and the relationship we have with everyone there. Our service adviser, Peter Vincent is great to work with. He makes it easy to schedule appointments, get a loaner car, explains clearly the work that's being done and keeps us updated on all repairs and timing. Everyone in the service department goes out of their way to be helpful and courteous.
  
  Peter, thank you and everyone at the service department for the outstanding service and making it a pleasure to bring our cars in. We wouldn't purchase a car or have it serviced anywhere else.

  I live in Utah and I have never been to Boston Volvo, I have never even been to Boston or anywhere even near Massachusetts but Boston Volvo is by far my favorite Volvo dealer. I order all my parts and accessories through Boston Volvo for all 3 of my Volvos and believe me NOBODY will sell for less than Boston Volvo and just getting my local Ken Garff Volvo to even get close to a Boston Volvo price on parts its like asking for a spare lung. Most Volvo dealers charge 15-30% above list price but Boston Volvo charges 15-35% below LIST PRICE. Boston Volvo is the closest thing to the second coming of Christ because parts for Volvos are ridiculously expensive and they help make it a little more affordable for the common man. Thank you, seriously.

  Had the best experience buying my second S60. Boston Volvo's inventory is huge and their website is always updated. Anyone looking for a Volvo in the New England area should definitely check this place out first! Stacey was great, you wouldn't hear a car dealer-sales pitch from her. She was helpful during and after the sale. Phil in finance was also the most helpful. We decided to buy the car the same day. It's been a year and 30,000 miles, I'm still happy with the sale experience, the new car as well as their service.
