Jody Bostick is the founder of The BECC. She has worked in Long Term Care for almost a decade and she is passionate about seeing elders living their best quality of life always. After completing her graduate studies in Social Work at The University of Texas at Austin, she continues to serve her long term care community as a Licensed Nursing Facility Administrator, a Licensed Master Social Worker and Program Manager for those with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. She is also a NCCDP Certified Alzheimer's Disease and Dementia Care Trainer® and Certified Dementia Practitioner®. Providing great service and great care for the greater good is at the core of everything she does. She has worked to counsel families and older adults through aging transitions. She has experience assessing the physical and mental health of older adults, as well as advising the elderly and their families about long term care resources; some of which include retirement and elder care nursing facilities as well as companion, home health and hospice care resources in the Houston and surrounding areas. Her longstanding relationships with numerous elder care related agencies and communities have proven enormously helpful to families and older adults seeking her guidance.
