I have a more complicated bankruptcy and getting remarried soon as well as starting a new businessso getting this right was critical. I have two big judgments against me, from a client that decided not to pay meand not to mention my second Bk in 10 years. When speaking with Mr. Barry Borowitz, he was patient to understand my situation, was concerned and gave a good plan for a path forward. After the call I felt not so overwhelmed and decided to hire his firm. Barry was not the only attorney I spoke with over the last 9 months. At least three other Bk lawyers were referred to meall well known bankruptcy firms. They all made it sound to good to be true. They did not give me a road map exactly. They gave me a false sense of security by telling what I wanted to hear. My gut was to call Barry back, because he spoke from a place of reality and authenticity.. with both best case and worst case scenarios. He was not forceful, in a rush, and suggested I speak to others if what he told me did not make complete sense.

Phone consultation with Attorney Clark was very informative. He was clear about what could included in my Chapter 7 bankruptcy and what couldn't be included. The attorney also said that after the discharge, they will double check the creditors to make sure they are in compliance with not contacting me after discharge. I look forward to doing business with this firm. FYI, they also have a payment plan for their services.

I was so nervous to even make the initial call and more nervous to sit down one on one because I felt like I was doing something wrong. From the beginning to end they made me feel so comfortable and they were very understanding and patient with me. I truly feel like I have a second chance in life after trying so hard to pay off my debts. If anyone is looking for a professional group that is going to treat you with respect, I would recommend this group. Dolores, Heather, and Cynthia, you were amazing. Thank you very much.

I have to say I’m very satisfied with the BK services of Borowitz & Clark. The attention to detail and the step by step guide on the process made for a great experience for me. I had no misunderstandings nor any negative sense that I was just a number or being rushed through the process. When I emailed the staff for any questions I had Erik, Cynthia and particularly Dolores ( Amazing ) answered me right away, And followed up with me to ensure I didn’t miss a step, class, questions etc. I appreciate the entire staff for making this happen for me. I can only imagine what it takes on the back scenes to make my case or cases to be successful. I highly recommend them. #positivevibes #Bkmasters

It was painless. The entire experience required little effort on my part. They took care of me every step of the way. All I had to do was relax and let them do what they do best. I filed a chapter 7 bankruptcy with them and was impressed by how well organized and professional they and their staff worked.
