Within a year I've bought 5 pair of boots, a purse, and tons of cloths here. Love the selections. However better options for grown women would be nice. Their sizes run like juniors so whereas I would buy more, if I could fit in more. And I'm pretty tiny. My daughter can't shop there at all because she's slightly larger.

Great place to buy boots. Tom is an amazing salesman who is not in a hurry to sell you something. He will give adequate time to understand your feet and the kind of boots you are looking for. Not only this, he stretched my Tony Lama (bought earlier from Outlaw boots in Athens, GA) without any extra charge.
I bought a Lucchese caiman size 10. Layaway came as a big help!

The staff was friendly and we'll informed. I've never gotten boots before and they helped me find a pair that matched the descriptions I wanted. The selection is vast and very well stocked from boots to overalls, hats to ties and belts. Prices are fair for the quality of their products (the products having great quality). During my visit, I saw a few people come in who were apparently regulars, which is always a good sign. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience.

Highest damn place around for miles Oh and if you want to get robbed as you over pay just keep in mind anything you return is store credit only. Langstons, PFI western wear, Sheplers, Horse Towne and more aren't even as high as this place.

Customer service is poor. We walked around this high priced store to never be asked if we need anything. Walk into a real western store they are there to help.

Steer clear of this over priced store or take out a loan before entering. You have been warned.

I drive from Charlotte to shop at this store and I like the large selection. Here is where things go left. I ordered boots (in store ) to be delivered to my house. I was told it would take up tp 10 business days to receive my order. The boots never came. I call the store to track the order. Ms. Sarah told me that there was a 60 day back order on the boots and she had called to inform me of the situation. I disagreed, which must of pissed her off. I asked if she called more than once and she said she has other things to do and other customers to service so one call was her only option. So I guess their p[policy is screw you once we get your money. She asked if I had caller ID on my phone (I DO) and if so I could see where she called (I DID NOT SEE). People behave in this manner because the company allow them to.

Great stuff, but pricey and odd sizes.For example, I found Stetson I liked. Amazon Prime had it for $35 cheaper. The salsman asked the Mgr to price match it, and they told me no. Too bad, as I was also going to buy the cleaning/ protection supplies and the wife was going to buy a purse at full retail. Nice place to visit and try- on, and get ideas, but buy online and save 30%-40%. It's definately not "outlet" pricing.
