  Staff was very friendly, avaIlable for questions, and helpful. When my desired boot wasn't available in my size, they custom ordered it, actually saving me money. They also answered all my questions promptly and thoroughly. Next time I need boots, I'm going back here.

  very poor help did see not but one sales person and as soon i walked in he went to the other side of the store. i was looking for boots no one around to see if they had my size. not good i will not go to boot barn agian

  Bought a pair of carhart pants, tag said it was a 40 x 32. Was in a hurry and didnt check the inside for the size. Turns out it was a 31x 40. So, dont have pants for work. Thanks for nothing.

  Got a pair of work boots here about a year ago. Staff was helpful, but not entirely knowledgeable. Prices could have been better, I have a suspicion they're higher here simply because it's Santa Fe.
