Horrible customer service. Employees add services to your account without asking. Have hidden fees on new accounts. Boost is wonderful. This store makes Boost Mobile look bad. I suggest going to another Boost Mobile location.

You have to be lucky enough to walk in when there's a certain guy working. Everyone else behind the counter has no idea what they are doing.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have experienced in 40 years of life. I purchased a samsung galaxy s2 to the tune of almost four hundred dollars. It's now ten weeks later and the power jack and it's connection to the PC board is failing. Boost thinks that I should cut myself off from all of my customers, to the tune of thousands of dollars, and pay to mail my phone back to samsung and wait a month to six weeks. Never mind that I have already contacted samsung, that they have acknowledged a manufacturing defect, that an RMA is in their system. DONT do business with these people, they WILL screw you to save themselves four dollars in shipping a phone on your behalf.
