  Came home to an AC blowing warm! Called Bold City and they were able to get someone out in the same day! Quickly diagnosed the problem fixed it and we are blowing cool again! Will definitely be lifetime customers! Great customer service, such a great technician and great value!

  This company is great! I’ve been using them for several years now and I have yet to meet an employee that did not earn a five star review. My appointment was for scheduled maintenance and duct cleaning. By the end of the day I needed much more than what was scheduled and they took care of it the same day. Bryan and Ryan were the tech names. Both knowledgeable, respectful, courteous, and appear to enjoy what they do. They are not sales men but will tell you what is needed for system health and without pressure. If you want a good, honest, reliable company you should explore this one. And explore the maintenance plan! Or not, it’s only the air your breathing, no pressure. :)

  I love Bold City Heating and Air. Everyone is so friendly. My technician today was Bryan B. He called and said he was running ahead of schedule which was awesome. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and discussed current specials to be aware of. Completed the PM tasks he was here for and answered all my questions. Great experience. Hope I get him next time as well.

  We had our system checked over and tuned up as well as got estimates to replace it as it is nearing the end of its useful life. They were able to schedule someone to come out the very next morning after I called. The technician, Derrick, was on time and his communication was excellent. He explained in detail the issues with our system and answered all my questions. The estimates provided are thorough and include all specific details regarding the installation.

  I am pleased with the service that Bold City Hearing & Air provided. The two repairmen were polite and professional. They identified themselves when I opened the door and wore their booties inside to prevent tracking. They communicated with me and worked continuously until the job was complete. If ever asked, I’d recommend Bold City Heating & Air to anyone in need of this service.
