Incredibly helpful and reasonably knowledgeable, unfortunately they have a limited selection, never have my size which is a common size, and are usually about 1/2 a season behind with their entire shoe line in all brands.

This is the ONLY place to get shoes from! They are patient, kind, and work with you to find what fits your needs. I have been going here for years and I refuse to get shoes anywhere else! It's well worth the 45 minute drive!

Great customer service. Knowledgeable staff will make sure you're in the right type of shoe. And when I bought a pair that ended up being uncomfortable, they were great about accepting a return and helping me find something else.

It took a little bit of time for someone to assist me, but once they did, they were extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. The sales people aren't pushy. They don't really seem to have any sales, but whenever I run local races, I always get a coupon here which is nice!

excellent place with great people. Very knowledgeable. So far the Brooks shoes that Joe helped me with are awesome. Plus they give a military discount. For an old broke soldier I will take anything I can get! Stop in and see them you won't regret it!

They had to order my size and it took more than three weeks to arrive. I had to call repeatedly because no one kept me updated. I wish I had ordered directly from the company online. They were very helpful, however, in finding the right shoe for my needs.

Best place to get a pair of running shoes hands down. Great one on one attention from the staff. Luke helped analyzed my running form and recommended the perfect shoe for my narrow foot. I've always struggled with shin splits but the shoes and running tips Luke gave me I managed to pass my Police Department physical well under the time needed. For those who say Body and Sole is expensive they are wrong. I found a pair of brooks for $78. Also to put things into perspective a new pair of Jordan's are $220. This place is awesome!

Always excellent service. Running on the treadmill really helped me decide! The guy who helped me we very willing to bring out 8 pairs of shoes for me to try on because I was being picky. Very knowledgeable about how each shoe compared to the others. Great salespeople.

This is THE place you want to go to for athletic shoes and accessories!! Great service!! The people that work here really know what they are talking about and know there stock! Tell them your issue and they will find you the perfect shoe. I will not go anywhere else because they are the BEST!!!

I had an excellent experience here. The staff asked me what was wrong, watched me walk to see how my old shoes were fitting, grabbed a few pairs of shoes to try, and were very personable while doing it. Really great experience.

I ordered a pair of Brooks Beast and received them in less than 24 hours. I am very impressed with their on line ordering system. I have also always received great service whenever I have been in the store.

I waited around while everyone else was greeted store had plenty of employees around but no one said hi or asked if I could be helped. Guess I didn't fit the image because it was like they were ignoring me, sorry I'm not a fit runner. Manager was rude k the phone too, they saw me leave but no one tried to help me. I bought shoes here before but never again. They are elites snobs.
