I had gotten my normal ear piercing done at Claires with a gun. I went in yesterday and they had a great salesman, and the woman that pierced my doubles helped talk to me to distract me( in afraid of needled). So today is my second day with the new piercing, and I cant even feel it, no pain at all. I love this place, and i will be back 😀

This "establishment" doesn't even deserve one starWhile I usually don't shop at this store (because everything is so over priced and the sales women are rude) I had to stop in one day because I noticed I had a nipple ring missing. I bought a set of straight barbells with clear "diamond" hearts on both ends encased in metal because they were cute and matched my wedding band. I was slightly satisfied with my purchase even though I was charged $25 plus tax for a set of barbellsI didn't even mind that I had to stand at the front register about two feet away from the two female employees while they finished their conversation for about three minutes before even acknowledging that I was standing in front of them waiting for service. Little did I know that my choice that day would end with an infected nipple for almost TWO MONTHS. I have been through two courses of oral antibiotics, paying for multiple doctors appointments, and cleaning my piercing multiple times a day (not to mention the PAIN) only to realize that the only problem I had was the CHEAP jewelry in my nipple. While the barbells may be stainless steel the ends are definitely not! The metal encasing the hearts on both ends of the barbell have been decaying, staining, and deteriorating over the past two months! While I have always had problems with my ear piercings and cheap metal, usually nickel, I have never had a problem with my body piercings which is why I did not even think about the jewelry being the root cause. So imagine my surprise today when I figured out that the jewelry I bought had a mix of stainless steel and a mix of cheap metal! So to Body Jewel - Where the Hell do you get off advertising "high-quality" and "stainless steel" body jewelry when it's not stainless steel?? Also, your "experienced" piercing technicians should know that body piercing 101 mandates stainless steel jewelry must be used to ensure a healthy piercing! Why would anyone trust your piercing artists or sales associates if they don't even know the basics?? Why is your store charging the highest prices possible while selling the cheapest product available?? Many questions I have, but no answers will be given, such is the way of the jackass

I was hesitant to get my triple ear piercing done here. The fact that it was in the mall and had some bad reviews had me wondering if this was a 100% professional business.
I went in a week or two ago to ask some questions. The guy who was working was extremely helpful. He answered all of my questions and seemed to genuinely enjoy helping me.
Because of that experience (and the unbeatable prices) I went in tonight to get my piercings. The stash was very polite and welcoming. Alexis did my piercing and was AMAZING! She helped me decide the best was to do the piercing with my ear shape. She went quickly and gently. She was really polite and got me water and helped me cool down when I got light headed after the process was done.
The staff and atmosphere put me at ease. I completely recommend this place!response / report this review -

Went there Thursday July 12 for a tongue peircing, they were great and super nice the piercer did a great job I loove it, I highly recommend this place and I'll be coming back soon!!

I brought a earring for my ear. I needed help with putting the earring in my ear. They wanted $10 to assist me with this. The shop was not busy at the time. It would of toke five minutes to help me. I understand if it was a difficult earring to assist with. All that was needed was to snap a ball between a circle. I was very dissatisfied with the service I received and the attitude. I would not recommend. No sense of urgency to help a customer.

I didn't get a piercing here, so i don't have much to review. However, i saw on the website that they used titanium, so i went in to buy some titanium earrings. I was just kind of bummed that out of all the jewelry in the store they only had 2 titanium options. I just wish there were more places with a bigger titanium inventory, but i guess the majority of people can wear regular jewelry.

Doesnt even deserve a star. They gave me jewelry and it broke after a week of wearing it. They piercing my lip wrong to where i had to get it cut out of my lip. And they blew my ear out whilr stretching. All within one month. Dont go here.

Cara did my septum and it was so fast and easy. Start to finish, forms to after care instructions, only took about ten minutes. She did it free hand and it was a lot faster and less painful than I anticipated. Highly recommend

I LOVE THIS PLACE! they were so nice and they knew exactly what they were doing. They are so clean the guy that pierced my cartilage wiped off the table with a wipe then sprayed it and wiped it off then laid down a sanitary napkin. I was surprised on how quick they were. The tell you exactly how to take care of it and tell you that if you have any trouble to come back and they will help unlike other places. I recommend it for any teen or even older child if they want their ear pierced.
