  This place has lost my business! I have been a customer here since they first open. My discount card was so bad it fell off my keychain so I asked for a replacement and the girl just looked at me like I was crazy and said she'd only replace if I were a stylist or spent 100 plus with them. I've spent THOUSANDS of dollars with them. NEVER again. Customer service here SUCKS!

  I was really disappointed with Bobos for selling me a human hair wig of such poor quality. I bought a supposed human hair wig that was over 500$ during their 30% off sale. I co washed the wig before my big bday trip and it has been nothing but a tangled up and matted down nightmare. Really couldnt afford to lose that money and now I'm stuck with it. Go for synthetic but dont pay a dime over 100$ for the so called human hair. Trust me. 😔

  I have been going to Bobos Beauty Supply since they first opened this store and I've always had the best experience. They offer a huge variety, they are always helpful, and have good quality products. They are always interested in your experience with their hair companies they supply from and help you find the right product's that you need to obtain the look or hair care needs your desire. Their customer service and satisfaction has always been above and beyond compared to all the other hair places I have been to when I'm not in the area. I used to live down the street from them and always referred my client's,friend and family to them. Since moving to San Diego (which has a huge selection of beauty suppliers) I find it difficult to find their equal so I still make my once a month stock up trip. Its always more than with it😘
