I guess you always can’t hit it out if the park but tonight was a let down. Initial service and appetizer were great, but that’s where it ended. My $58. Med Filet mignon steak arrived well done and I had to wait 10 minutes before I could find anything one to assist me. Running late I decided to give be it a whirl and I was very dissatisfied. With no time left to remake my meal I asked for my check. Yes they removed the steak but made no attempt to end my visit on a good note. What’s the old saying? It not what you said, it’s not what did, it’s the way you made me feel. Sorry, not coming back.

The atmosphere and the service was great. The food was ok and way over priced. The bread brought before the meal was so hard and stale that it was inedible

Great service came with a group of friends for a birthday and I would come back in a heartbeat. Loved it here super friendly staff as well.

Named after Bobby Flay expectations are high
And unfortunately this place severely disappoints. Flavorwise my steak was spot on
The char was perfect. On my wife's steak it was obvious that they did not give her steak time to rest before service. Considering we was already waiting 40mins for our food another 3 minutes would not have hurt us and that time could have been used on the undercooked lobster tail that was served.
The mushrooms and onions my wife said was delicious. And the waiter was pleasant.
Bobby Flay is a fan favorite of mine and was looking forward to dining in his restaurant. I'm only sad that my first Bobby Flay experience was there.report this review -

There is nothing worse than a restaraunt that charges a premium price, but can't deliver on service.
That was my experience at Bobby Flay's.
My wife and I both ordered steaks, both cooked Medium.
Both were somewhere between Medium Well and Well.
My wife isn't one to complain, but I like to get what I paid for.
I told the waiter, and he returned with a steak cooked even worse.
The 3rd was so where around Medium Well, but certainly not Medium.
I found the manager as we were leaving, but too little, too late.
Awful experience, and zero reason to return.report this review -

Horrible service!! Crazy perks of a high member at borgata this restaurant doesn't recognize at all couldn't even enjoy the food because of the horrible service my husband and I brought it back to our room because of the wait bad

Went there last night with my husband and son I ordered England clam chowder soup which was good but when the 3 of us orders our meals that's where I have a problem ! Both husband and my son got steak different types anyways, I owed the lobster crab cakes. Then we had to order a slice son's onion rings were not cooked all then way ! they charged 12.00 per side dish that's not including the real dish ! The music was so loud you couldn't carry a conversation!! We will not return 😡 waster 200.00 for a meal in the Nicholas u can get at Gordon Ramsay

We took my Mother in law out for a special birthday dinner. The restaurant was beautiful and we all enjoyed our meals. My husband and I had the rack of pork, very large portion. My MIL went with lamb and enjoyed it. We tried the gorgonzola ricotta appetizer and it was delicious. My problem was paying for that type of meal you expect exceptional service. We had to wait and ask for water refills, they didn't clear table well between courses. We sat for 20 minutes after we finished with our plates not cleated. We had to locate and flag the waiter to get a box and at this point just asked for the check. Disappointed, when you spend $200 for dinner the service should complement the meal.

Me, my boyfriend and his friends went for his bday in April 16' and it was AMAZING! If people give this place a bad rating they are nuts and know nothing about a good steak. Definitely can't go in askimg for it well cooked. Ours we're cooked medium and we're perfect. The sides were delicious. I only wish I lived closer because I would eat there often.

I would've put six stars if I could we went to Bobby's flay steak for dinner a night we had a fantastic dinner the service was very good the waiter was nice she accident hit my sister's head she said"sorry are you okay "then she let us have a free desert or a t-shirt we don't wanted any of it so we payed and leaved I would definitely come back again

Anticipated a great meal. Have been a fan for years. NEVER again. Biggest disappointment for overpriced filet that tasted like a rubber ball. Save your money and grill at homeyou'll have a better quality meal. Even the dog wouldn't eat it.
