  Delicious sandwiches and friendly staff! The prices are also reasonablei will be back. Btw I totally recommend the chicken salad if you like it

  The subs here are delicious! Fresh locally made bread plus it's a locally owned chain. One of the best places to eat in the Heights.

  Very clean, garage doors opened in front of shop was a nice change. Little Bobby donuts are extremely addictive, caution!

  The thing that makes these hoagie good is the bread they're served on. The meat is bland and cheap. The toppings are usually ok, but not very fresh. Be careful ordering it "Bob's Way" as they will put way too much mayo on it. They used to have really good milkshakes. They got rid of the milkshakes to start serving tiny donuts. Think one third the size of a donut you would get at a bakery. Someone thought it would be a good idea to charge over one dollar for these tiny donuts. Over $13 for one dozen.
  
  In short, it's OK. It's just nothing special.

  Drove home with phoned in order and discover after paying $21 that I was given the wrong order. I called and was told 'that's what we wrote down'. No apology. In no language does 2 steak hoagies sound like 1 steak and 1 buffalo chicken. So again I say, I did not order a buffalo chicken, still no apology. He puts a supposed manager on the phone who answers with a childlike hello, giggling in the background by a male and then I also hear him saying hello like a little girl, she tells me the same thing, that's what was written down.
  Then I'm told bring back the chicken and will give you something else. So I guess this girl thinks I'm going to eat the sandwich and want something for free. I called back to ask for owners name and more giggling, pretending they can't hear me, and I'm given the name, Annalisa. That's all, just Annalisa.
  So I paid $21 drove 40 minutes round trip to be called a liar. Awesome customer service.
