  We were seated right away however no one came to our table. No one asks for drinks no one said I'd be right with you so my husband and I got up put on our jackets for suited to walk to the front door and then someone said oh you're leaving. We explain the situation and they said have a good night. Not a place I would go back to

  Customer service not so good. The waitress has no personality and unapologetic when I made comments about the poor taste of decaf coffee and poorly washed spoons.
  Most of the times when my husband and I visited here service was good. Today, not so good.
  I hope the food is better than the customer service. 2 stars is based on customer service.

  First time at Bob Evans. Had the Belgian waffle. Waffle had a good flavor. Sausage gravy was better than most places I've tried. Waitress Abbey was friendly and pleasant. Will be returning.

  Overall a Dirty Restaurant... Server was very lazy and unprofessional... The food was not cooked to my satisfaction, had to send back and then it was still not right.. I did not eat at all... The rest of my party was displeased as well... Will not return to this location ever!!!! They do have one Server there named Terry, that is awesome..

  The food prices were a little higher than all of the other stores. I ordered fish and chips. The fish was so greasy that I had to put it in napkins and press the extra grease out.
  Waitress seemed overwhelmed with only two tables so I didn't want to bother her.
  Nice atmosphere.
  Quiet and slow going.

  Had the worst service here yesterday. We come every weekend and have never had any issues. Never got checked on, food was stone cold, asked for different food and never came, never got refills. Nothing. Low and behold I told a manager and she took care of the problem. Wasn't looking for anything in return. Whoever the server was. Will not go back if she's there. Just plain horrible

  From the appetizers throughout all the entrees our group of 16 (office Christmas celebration) loved the ambiance of Bistro 82 and the food was excellent. We had great fun sharing the appetizers and it is tough to decide on a favorite: the French Onion Soup Dumplings, the Orange Cauliflower or the Escargot. Each had unique spices and flavors.

  “Excellent old school lunch venue”
  Had no idea what we were walking into....loved the atmosphere, dark and private. Menu is very good with steak and seafood - even had liver and onions. Service is discreet and professional. Price for lunch was very good for the quality of food.

  Decent food. Good prices. Attentive staff. What more can you ask of a Bob Evans? I will continue to frequent this place when the urge for breakfast hits.
