  Dr. Ellis is such a friendly doctor. She patiently answers all our questions and make you feel very comfortable. I would surely recommend this doctor.

  we have moved to Dallas during the last trimester of my wife and while getting a appointment was critical at that stage, Malathi Ellis has accepted to take our case. She very well guided us in all the visits and very patiently answered to all our queries. She is very specific with the instructions to be followed during the 38-40 week. My wife went though the final contractions in the hospital and Ellis was continuously monitoring the situation with the operation nurse and came in soon after a other operation. We definitely recommend Dr.Ellis as a best OBG around Dallas

  Dr.Malathi Ellis is too kind,friendly,charming Optimistic and knowledgeable personality.She made me comfortable throughout my pregnancy and delivery.She is my all time favorite.She clarifies and answers every doubts I asked during the entire term

  Highly Unprofessional... I had very bad experience with Boardwalk and Dr. Malthi.. I approached them to get the appointment of my wife who is 8th month pregnant..After chasing them almost month to get the appointment they denied to give and saying that they never had her documents which i've shared with them weeks back and even they confirmed and mentioned that documents are with Dr. Malathi but she is not getting time to look into it..Now after almost 4 week after my lot of followups today they called me and asking me documents again..its highly unprofessional behavior to treat patient like this. Now i need to look for another Dr. and it might take some more weeks to get the appointment. Her delivery date is coming up..i am too worried now..

  I found this office to be very accommodating to get my wife in for an urgent visit. We were able to check-in electronically making the process very smooth and easy. The staff was very friendly and the Doctor took the time to explain everything thoroughly.

  Finally had enough and changed doctors 2 months ago. They still haven’t released my paperwork! Never a complete exam. You wait an hour before you are even called back, she doesn’t look at your chart, or your results from urine test. She asks how you are doing but doesn’t let you answer. She doesn’t allow time for questions and anything you mention is “Normal”. Do NOT bother calling, you will leave a voicemail which they say will return your call within 24 hours but you will never receive a call back. Called multiple times because I was concerned about my results, finally one of the nurses picked up but seemed annoyed. Called another time because of cramps, still no call back. For months they kept giving me a paper that explains your body and baby at certain weeks, they would give me weeks behind what I actually was. If I was 19 I would get something saying 16. Not good when your doctor/staff doesn’t even know how far along you are.
