  I walk in to get my hair cut and I said I wanted it trimmed on the split ends. I have layers. That means you don't cut an inch straight across the bottom of it and call it good in 45 seconds. If I pay 14$ for a hair cut I expect it too look better than a 2 year old who did it. Go back to cosmetalogy school of you don't know how to cut hair. Ridiculous.
