Fresh air, wildlife all around you. Fun camping in summer (when the people that work in the park actually enforce the rules). Boat rentals are great.

Great park with many recreational activities for all ages. From camping and fishing to hiking and biking. Great place for a family outing or for a weekend away from it all.

Nice park. Really good for taking photos. Kind of wished there were maps around(I didn't see any). I'm pretty good with directions but I was a bit worried about getting lost. Other than that great experience.

Beautiful, quiet park. Hidden but accessible gem! Fall is a great time to hike the 6.6 mile loop around the lake, or any part of it. There are also dog parks on the grounds.

Love to bring the dog here. The dog park is large and expansive, the running water is a plus. We also like to hike the trails near the lake. It would be nice if there were trail maps posted to plan out the different routes that I may not be able to see on my phone's map. The dog park seems to be more popular after peak season when you don't have to pay but it's a good option in North Suffolk to spend a few hours.

Great park. Unless you Go there on Thursdays morning. Some nasty older people are there and if u have a bully breed or a breed with a bad rap they will call the cops for no reason. Call on sight. Your dog friendly or not will be called aggressive just for ignorant and lack of education. The cops were called and the park ranger but they could not ask me to leave becouse my dogs were friendly and social and doing nothing. BE PREPARED TO BE TARGETED

Large park with plenty to do, including easy hikes with great views of they large lake, simple playground, and open fields. Did not noticed too many biting insects when we were visiting despite the proximity of the lake. Lots of wild life, too.

Easy walking hiking trails, great dog park. Fishing on Stump pond, bridle paths, and camp grounds are also available. Boat rental too! I take my dog there on the weekends and any other day I'm not in the city. It's pricey on weekends and holidays during the summer, but if you can get to the park before 8 or after 4 there is no charge for parking.

Huge park. Several walking trails. One trail is approximately 6 miles long and goes around the entire lake. Along the way you see waterbirds (ducks, geese, swans).

There are camping areas that include small shelters, picnic tables, and small fire pits.

In addition, there are two huge dog runs. One is for small dogs -- under 25 pounds -- the other is for larger dogs. Today there were at least 25 dogs running around, playing, and having a great time. As a dog lover, this makes Blydenburgh extra special for me.

Today is November 15 and it appears that the campground and restrooms are closed for the season. Something you may want to take into consideration if you plan to visit in the late fall, winter or early spring.

There appears to be plenty of parking, the walking trails are clearly marked, and the folks that we ran into were all very friendly.

All in all a beautiful spot to spend a few hours enjoying nature.

Really nice park. I love fishing here, just don't like when the picture gazers come out during the warm months, they hog up all the fishing spots.

This place is really nice. The trails circle the entire pond and you may run into people horseback riding which is really cool. It's very pretty and good for long hikes.
