Dr. Roc is an awful doctor who treats you like you’re stupid. That’s the word I got from anyone I told of my experience. Now I’ve come back to see another doctor, Becky, she had no idea what was going on. She left the room to consult the theta and when I walked out from the room they were all looking at me. It was very uncomfortable. They treated me like I don’t need help and like I don’t know what works best for me. All I’ve asked is to be prescribed what I was previously prescribed back in Chicago. I’ve been given the run around. Paid a substantial amount of money over multiple appointments. And now they wanna send me somewhere else. I sat here today for almost 2 hours waiting on Becky to come in to my room. By no means would I recommend this place to anyone! Worst experience I’ve ever had.
Terrible bedside manor. Terrible doctor period.
They just want you coming back over & over! They want you to come back for refills; nobody has the money to keep doing that! They also believe they know better than specialists in their own professions!

Just moved here, from Lexington, KY. Have been taking clonazepam , for anxiety, and panic attacks, for 3 years, and would get a thee months supply, at former Doctor. Dr. Rock was only willing to give me 1 week supply at a time, plus have to spend an hour of each week, watching silly videos. I think they are just wanting to keep you coming back, as often as possible Should be called money hungry clinic, there is no way I can afford all those co pays.
