Beautiful glass pieces and classes and personal instructions if you want to make your owe peices.
Cute little place to make glass creation's. My son enjoyed making glass ornaments for Christmas. Kinda pricey though.
Helpful, caring and kind. Very knowledgeable and fun classes.
I started taking classes at Bluebird several years ago and never left. The studio is filled with all types of talent and the "Wild Birds" have become my new family.
First time in everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable. It's a small shop so the amount/type of materials to purchase is a bit slim but good for what the space can handle. They also carry some tools and materials for seasoned glass vets that others don't carry. Great place, nice folks.
Three and a half years ago, I walked in to this shop with no knowledge of stained or fused glass. Now I am there at least once a week. The friendly atmosphere here is like family and it makes learning a new hobby fun. Artists of any skill level can find a home here. And if you are looking for a unique gift, there are lots of items for sale as well as artists who will work with you on custom pieces.
The shop is a wonderful place! We drove by so many times in the past and decided to stop in one day. The windows were loaded with beautiful sun catchers and ornaments that glistened in the sunlight. On display were plates, jewelry and all kinds of interesting things, we could have looked around for quite a while. We then made some "cookies", small shapes that we decorated ourselves!! They told us about classes that they offer and we saw several students working on their pieces. Everyone was so friendly, we definitely will sign up for one of the classes and go back again to make more "cookies". Check it out, you won't be disappointed.
