This is the first place I think of going if there is any sort of problem with my car. They are knowledgeable, honest, and fair priced. I put my confidence in them and over the last 5 years have not been disappointed. Everyone is also very attentive and polite. Everyone-from the front desk to the mechanics in the back.

My car had a repeat problem with a headlamp.
They not only fixed the problem but upgraded my head lights to halogen. I am thrilled with the additional light at night and the price was very competitive.

I'm going to company for 19 years I'm an A+ rating on the Better Business Bureau let me tell you what the owner of the Goodyear store told me. Walked in and ready to buy tires an older man that said he owned the place said he can't get the tires till tomorrow he doesn't have any in stock acted like he didn't want to do business whatsoever and then gave me a price $50 more than every other place I told him that the other Goodyear store just quoted me a price he said good that's a great place to go get your tires. I would recommend always going someplace else to get your tires the owner of this place is a jerk!

Things you should know before going here:
1) this is not a corporate Goodyear store, so do not expect the same level of service or attention. I mistakenly thought this was a Goodyear store, but it is not. When we blew a tire and took it to a Goodyear store, they provided a tread report and recommendation for replacing the tire. They also checked the alignment before and after. They also put the donut, jack and tools back where they belong. This location didn't do any of that.
2) they do not take appointments. I spent 3 hours waiting to have one tire changed. I was not warned it would be a long wait. I was not given any updates until I asked.
3) check your car functionality when you leave. My interior hood release was detached from its hinge, so I will spend more time having them fix it.
Though the staff is friendly, I wouldn't recommend this place.

Two new tires put on. These guys got the job done well. Same day service.

I called several places in the area for quotes and tire types regarding tire replacement. The only lower quote I received was from Sears Automotive, but they were basing their quote on a tire that was rated 1 to 2 levels below what was recommended for my truck. BV Goodyear did not have my tires in stock, but they were able to order the exact same model as what I was already using and had them in the shop that afternoon. I dropped my truck off over lunch and it was done about an hour later. I was able to pick it up after work since they didn't close until 7pm that day. These guys answered all of my questions regarding tire types, cost, road hazard insurance, patch jobs, everything I could throw at them. My phone contact there was Billy. I had this work done yesterday, so far everything is great! If something happens I'll update this review.

I went in a couple of months ago to put tires on my car. Come to find out there was a cross threaded lug nut. I was alright with breaking it off. Come to find out the shop cross threaded two more lug nuts. I called in to see what my options were and if I could schedule service for this. I was treated with an agitated tone and no help or answer to either of the questions I had. And they asked if I had something that said that they did work on the car which I do and yet I was still being berated. Whoever I talked to didn't listen to a word I said he was too busy screaming over me. Recommended this shop before this ordeal hope they figure their customer service out because this was pitiful

Extremely professional staff and outstanding customer service. Expedient service and good price.

I was traveling out of Overland Park during the holidays with the family. I wasn't even on the Interstate for five minutes and my Ford Flex blew out a tire. It was a horrible experience because I had my family with me in the car. Luckily it happened in a construction area where local city workers were able to help me put on a spare tire. I drove eight miles to Blue Valley Goodyear and immediately their staff understood my situation. I didn't have to make an appointment or even wait. They pulled my Ford Flex into the garage and within 20 minutes, the tire was repaired and my family and I were back on our family vacation.

It is great to know there is a Tire Store in Overland Park that cares about its customers. I plan on taking all my business to Blue Valley Goodyear.

Awesome Auto Service

We have been using Blue Valley Goodyear for about 13 to 14 years. Very happy with the service provided and honesty in discussing service issues. I have had them tell me service that could be delayed for a while to save money, I have had them tell me I do not need service on an issue when other places have said not to drive the vehicle until getting serviced. I have had them work on part of a service issue leave a portion for me to do at home to save money. They look for the best tires available to fit your budget as well. They provide excellent service and I highly recommend Blue Valley Goodyear. I have done so with several of our friends.
