This place is ok BUT the big issue is that TEENAGERS RUN THIS PLACE. we were only able to swim for 5 MINUTES BECAUSE OF ALITTLE THUNDER FROM 10 MILES AWAY. the employees were rude and lazy for closing 3 hours early because of that little bit of thunder. STAY AWAY WHEN RAIN IS PREDICTED.

Very brutally cold water in the cave. But such a beautiful place!
They have amenities for changing and restrooms. They have rentals for kayaks and they sell food too. Staffed with lifeguards, though they could stand to pay a bit more attention to the swimmers! Overall I am very excited to have visited and the 4$ per person entry fee is cheap. The water is amazingly clear and despite there being lots of people I still loved it.

Great place to take the kids, just go early before the place gets packed out. They charge $4 a head for entry which is a bit high for park entry fee. They should do a car price.

The water is very cold and clear. I like to snorkel here, but the cold water prevents me from getting in a second time. It can be very crowded and it's best visited on a hot day.

Waste of money. If its thundering they make you get out of the water for 30 min. When it's mile and miles away it should b swim at your own risk

We've been to many springs in Florida with picnic areas, slides, diving boards ect, this place has all that, but no place to actually swim. We paid $4 per person to just STAND in the water. Sandy patches are not only shallow, but few and far between and the rest is ALL seaweed! We also rented a paddle boat for $10, the back rest was broken which caused me to nearly fall out of the boat, and the life jackets stunk to high heaven. I'm not trying to say this is a terrible place, for the locals I'm sure its a great place to hang out but as far as springs go especially in the panhandle, i would recommend Ponce De Leon, Morrison, or Vortex! these are especially nice for swimming, snorkeling or scuba diving!

Love it! Been going there since I was Ten! Taking my Kids, my Grandkids. And hopefully, my Great Grandkids! Has changed a lot through the years. But in my opinion, didn't need much improving. Beautiful place with wonderful kind friendly employees! Love the cold water!
