Great bikes, friendly service. They aren't overly pushy with trying to sell you. They all help with any questions or recommendations on quality Harley Davidson motorcycles.
I was driving through Blue Springs, stopped at Outlaw HD. Talked to Pat, Kevin and Ryan in parts. They are the epitome of professional, courtesy and helpful. The salesmen greeting me upon entering and leaving, with the same attitude. highly recommend this dealership. if I'm ever that way again I'll definitely stop by.
The worst experience I've ever had with ANY purchase I've done. Traded in my 16 for a new 17 heritage.. was told I would be refunded all warranty and VIP that I purchased.. which totalled close to 3,000. The refund ended up being 400 and the 2500 for the VIP was lost.. because it was purchased at gails. After a long battle with both dealerships.. it ended up costing me another 625 dollars to transfer my VIP.. crooks.. made my 1000 mile service appt.. for today at outlaw..was told my VIP is no good there and it will cost me 400 to get it serviced.unbelievable.... Will never step one foot into outlaw for ANYTHING.
New ownership is making this H-D dealership worth visiting. Service department has communication problems, but management was quick to look into it. Great customer appreciation events.

The best customer service EVER!! As first time Harley owners we were a little unsure going into the dealership as we were clueless. But everybody at Outlaw made us feel very welcome and very much a part of the family. Trina, Carson, Jenny and all of the support staff are always amazing. We sometimes take rides where Outlaw IS our destination just so we can say "hi" to our new friends. Thanks Trina, but girl...Ya gotta quit talking me into all of these cute clothes! Pretty soon all I'll have in my wardrobe will be Harley gear! Ha ha
Stopped by last week with a friend and was pleasantly surprised at how attentive and nice the staff was. The store is beautiful. I had no intention on getting anything, only there to look, but found myself shopping in no time. Large variety of apparel. The sales girl, Trina?, was the best! She was so sweet, made me laugh and was quick to help me with sizes I needed.
Definitely would recommend you stop in. Great experience, I will be back!!
Small place but packed with bikes,clothing and parts. Staff is a little pushy and prices are fairly high but it's still a good shopping experience if you like Harleys.
Took a new touring SGS out for a spin. Was fun. Good display and helpful staff.

These guys are great!!! Clay and Jake in service are sooooooooooooo awesome! They will treat you like family while your bikes in the shop and even after it leaves. Danny in parts is the man he will hook you up with all the right stuff every time! Definitely recommend these guys for all your Harley needs you wont leave disappointed that is for sure!!
Blue Springs Harley-Davidson's Service department is amazing. First off, I used the service scheduler on every Kansas City Harley dealers web site to request a quote for installing a set of new handlebars I got off of Amazon (to see the price differences). Blue Springs Harley called me back the same day with a quote over the phone (sub three hundred dollars). Two days later Gail's called me and quoted over seven hundred and complained saying they do not like to install parts that were not bought there. ($$ price-gouge). Worth and Rawhide have yet to call... I guess they are too busy for my money? I picked my bike up today at Blue Springs and they had her all washed and detailed. Take your bike there and you will be happy. They also pick up and deliver. They treat you right and their service department rocks!! I also bought a bike from them in the past and it was the best sales process I have ever experienced hands down.
