Does this look appetizing to you? I think NOT. Does your ice cream get chunky where you can’t hold it i think BAD. Do waitresses make fun of you after you ask for WiFi not if your at a good restaurant. This place was definitely the WORST place I’ve ever eaten at. The gravy is chunky, the meat is dry, and the pie tasted like someone had recently regurgitated it. This place is the worst and i only recommend it if you can’t taste or smell ANYTHING

Had a great meal here today for lunch. Had the sampler was very pleased with the meal. Have to say will probably get chicken and noodles or meatloaf next time as the meatloaf was very good.

The meatloaf is very plain, green beans tasted liked canned and the Mac and cheese tasted like it came out of the box. Not the homemade style I was expecting. The restaurant was way too busy and crowded. Overall not the best experience. The chicken meal my husband got looked really good for fried chicken and his portion was generous, unlike my meal.

I had the meat loaf, mashed potatoes and green beans. Excellent. Request more of the sweet sauce they put on the meat loaf. I did and it was great. We went early to avoid crowds.

Excellent meal! Fresh warm bread to start, homemade peanut butter and apple butter on the table. Hubby had Amish sampler, I had Monterey chicken, both amazing! Reasonable prices, more food than I could finish. Excellent!!

We had dinner at Blue Gate Restaurant with friends and their adult kids. The food and service was extremely good. Highly recommend their Fried Chicken dinner. My wife and I had their homemade Strawberry and Rubarb pie, which was extremely good. Would recommend this restaurant to our friends and family members.

Delicious food. I recommend the fried chicken dinner and the coconut cream cake. Delicious food, clean restaurant and very friendly staff. Nicest folks around. We come here every time we are in Shipshewana. Check out the bakery and gift shop too.

Love this place..been going here for years, and it's always such a treat. Wonderful bakery, excellent restaurant with such delicious comfort food and desserts, lovely shops with interesting and inspiring decor. I always look forward to my visit here. Go with an empty stomach.it's all about the delicious food.

What a place. On the first floor is a traditional restaurant and a buffet downstairs. We decided the restaurant better met our needs. Service was excellent, even during the dinner rush. Meals included classics like meatloaf, chicken and noodles, and delicious sides of carrots and mashed potatoes. Dessert was seasonally fresh blueberry pie. Wow!

They have a really good buffet, with lots of meat and veggie choices. Fruits and salads, whole made pies and desserts, ice cream, any kind of drink from milk ,soda to tea or coffee.
The bakery yum, so much to choose from and made fresh every day.

Yummy chicken, noodles, green beans, croutons on salad are real tasty also bread fantastic, lots to eat, reasonable price, awsome wait staff and breakfast is a must too!

I ordered the pork chops with macaroni and cheese and Amish potato chips. The pork chops were very good, and the macaroni could have been the best I've ever had. The wait was a little long, but we were with a very large party. I was extremely happy with my experience, and would recommend it to anyone.
