I had a very good experience while getting my insurance. MARLO who helped me choose my coverage was very knowledgeable. Made it look so easy .

These guys have literally wasted days of my life trying to get the correct answer to questions and listings for doctors in my plan and messed up billing. Do not choose them for you business - your employees will want to leave just because of them.
Do yourself a favor and never get Health Insurance via Horizon Blue Cross.., absolute s#!t show!!!! I have never wasted so much time being transferred from one idiot to another in the the Philippines!!!!! WTF. An hour now and I haven't talked to a person in the states. It's been over two weeks and the issue still hasn't been corrected. One star even though it should be 0!!
This is absolutely the worst health insurance Iv'e ever had. Customer service is a complete dead end. No body has been able to correct my billing issues in three month I have to call every week and nothing has changed. It is impossible to get anyone on the phone never mind get your issue solved. They are the worst Iv'e ever dealt with.
