  I’ve been a client of Bloom for many years, and I can’t say enough good things about quality of service I receive. Everything from Botox, lasers, chemical peels, and facials is done to perfection. I constantly get compliments on my skin, and all credit goes to Dr. Greenhaw and Andrea.

  I absolutely love Andrea, the quality of her facials and her personality. I thought I’d have them do my Botox and what a horrible experience. The doctor I saw was extremely unprofessional and condescending. She was bossy and rude and left me feeling like she thought I was not her level of clientele.

  I love everything about Bloom! Dr. Greenhaw helped me establish a skincare routine that impressed my dermatologist. I have a membership that allows me to get a deluxe facial each month and it’s heavenly…and Bloom is so good at reminding me to schedule so I don’t miss out on my monthly service! I wouldn’t trust my face to anyone else…

  Dr. Greenhaw always goes above and beyond to provide her clients with a pleasant experience. Her staff is always very polite and professional. I love walking into Bloom even if it is just to purchase products!!

  I went to Bloom when the first opened and I had enrolled in their membership and they refused to honor their membership services or provide a refund leaving me out over $200. They blamed it wasn’t within the month timespan when they wouldn’t work with any available dates I had. Dr Greenhaw is incredibly unprofessional and their front desk staff is completely rude. I do not recommend this business and would advise going to other Med spa’s in Norman.
