  After growing up in Middleton and returning 5 years ago from the Chicagoland area, I was elated to find Bloom Bake Shop. Such a lovely addition to beautiful downtown Middleton and now also on the very hip Monroe Street in Madison.
  The owner, Annemarie, has brought two fantastic stores to the Madison area. Her staff are friendly and talented. Bloom Bake Shop is a must stop! Not only is their food delicious, it's made with fresh, locally-sourced Fair Trade practices, AND they offer delectable Gluten Free options.
  I highly recommend Bloom Bake Shop!

  They have good amount of vegan and gluten-free options. Their caramel brownie and sweet potato doughnuts are really amazing! Great food and people!

  We booked Bloom Bake Shop to create our wedding cake and it was simply amazing. They took our vision and made it even better. It was so delicious and we received so many compliments! The staff was also so polite and kind every time I went in there. We worked with Nicole on the cake and she was so awesome and quick to respond to our emails and we could tell she truly cared about making our day so special. I would recommend Bloom to everyone because they bake and create with so much love and passion that it shows in their work.

  The "Wisconsin" is one of my favorite breakfast sandwiches in town. It's the stone ground mustard and fresh biscuit. Yummy.

  Beautiful and delectably tasting cupcakes! Gluten-free and vegan cupcake options are soft, moist and velvety! My preschoolers and I love to visit the friendly bakery coffee shop here and hang out.

  Simply the best damn baked goods (sorry, no bread here folks) in the Madison area. Gluten free and vegan options are given equal consideration alongside standard cupcakes and other inventive fare. Charming and lively, Bloom does not disappoint in any of its creations.

  Having delicious baked goods at our wedding was a must and Annemarie and Bloom Bake Shop did not disappoint! From our tasting to the wedding day she was a pleasure to work with- organized, professional and creative. We wanted a full dessert table, not just a cake, and Annmarie was fantastic in helping us come up with a stellar dessert menu.
  
  She is a crazy talented baker and has a keen eye for design. Not only did the desserts taste delicious, the presentation was beautiful. If you are looking for a professional, easy to work with, and incredibly talented baker, look no further than Annemarie and Bloom Bake Shop!
