  I went to the website and tried to use their option to send an email to ask a couple questions. It’s been over two months without a response. I know they got my message because their system sends an automatic response saying they will get back to you. After waiting with no word. I called. They have some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced in the motorcycle industry. Guy just hangs up phone on you. I finally managed to speak to someone and asked about service, he takes the phone to a different guy who has no idea why I’m calling, despite the 20 questions I was asked. 0/10 would not recommend

  I just wanted to thank Ron Blizzard for going above and beyond and saving my weekend . My brother and I got to ride all weekend and I made it back to Evansville, in. Safely. Very much appreciated Sir. Thanks again.

  I purchased a used bike from Blizzards, a 2003 Victory V92 to be exact, and have been very happy with the transaction and follow up service. The bike's regulator went out after only 8 miles (keep in mind it's an 03) and Blizzards replaced the 180 dollar part free. No charge for the part or service. I would buy from them again in a heartbeat. They have a nice showroom and tons of extras to shop.
