  Beautiful home furnishings with a staff that is eager to make you happy without being pushy. Can be on the pricy side but the quality is exceptional. They also offer home delivery in many areas at a low cost which is a godsend for getting a large couch back to your home.

  It's so fun to shop at Bliss! The furniture and accessories are beautiful, fun, and unique. The staff is always courteous, helpful, and friendly. They have great gifts, home decor and furnishings! So glad Bliss is in Knoxville!

  I adore this store and its team. Jeffrey has helped us get bedroom furniture, artwork, a nursery glider and living room tables. Everyone is always helpful and friendly. When we had a warranty claim, they made sure it was resolved expeditiously. Bliss Home in West Knoxville is always our first stop when we're looking for something new for our home!

  My husband and I came into Bliss Home in West Knoxville a couple months back and they were very friendly and offered to help in anyway. We were getting ideas for our living room and cannot wait to make our purchase soon.

  I went to Bliss to look for kitchen furniture including bar stools. Donna took the time to show me around and look at catalogs. I didn't order anything that day, but some bar stools on the floor caught my eye. I came back a week later. Donna was busy, but Jenny jumped right in to help me and finalize my purchase. I had just made a purchase at another store where I had very poor service, so the kindness and enthusiasm was welcome!
  
  My only complaint was that I had to drive to the warehouse facility in North Knox to pick them up rather than the furniture being delivered to the store and picking it up there.
