I worked with Kate and she was amazing. She asked all the right questions and did an amazing job at reading what I wanted with little information. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted but without knowing how to describe it. She pulled dresses and was able to pull the perfect one from my feedback after trying on. Thanks to her I was able to say yes to the dress!

Loved this bridal salon! I went to two others before making an appointment here. My consultant, Jasmine, was incredible. She brought me 3 dresses and I loved every single one. I kept my favorite 1 and tried on 3 more and KNEW the last one I tried on was the ONE. She didn’t bring me a dress I didn’t like. They have a BEAUTIFUL selection. It’s spread out with room to breathe while you’re modeling/trying on for your guests. I HIGHLY recommend going here first.

I had a great experience at Bliss Bridal! Being a curvy bride, I was nervous about finding a dress that fit my body type. Piper, my consultant, really took the time to get to know my style/personality and made it so hard for me to choose a dress! Everything she pulled, I loved! She made the whole appointment fun and painless!

Too long; didn't read - Natasha is amazing and you should get her if you can! I loved my experience at Bliss!
I had an amazing experience at Bliss Bridal! This was one of the few places that was allowing more than 2 guests to join me due to the pandemic. They were incredibly responsive before the appointment, answering any questions I had and they always answered the phone when I called.
They sent out a 'get to know me' survey before my appointment and they asked really great questions that I think showed they care more about helping you rather than making a sale.
They also keep a file on you as the bride and will update it with any preferences on dresses or accessories you might have. Which takes the burden of remembering off of you!
When I arrived the day of, I was greeted by Natasha who was my consultant. SHE IS AMAZING, 10/10 recommend requesting her!! She really listened to what I had to say and she repeatedly reminded me that I would not hurt her feeling and that I needed to be honest about what I wanted or did not want. Her attitude was very helpful because since this was my first bridal appointment, I was very overwhelmed and confused. In the end, I was pretty sure I had found THE DRESS, but I was still a little hesitant. Natasha suggested I sit on it for awhile and come back later that day to try it again. I was able to text the salon and was able to come back later the same day without an appointment and try on my dress again. Natasha had even pulled another dress I might like which was so sweet.
In the end I scheduled a fitting and accessory appointment a week later and bought the dress! Natasha was so patient and was a great listener. She was able to give me her input without intentionally trying to sway me. I never felt rushed and never felt that she was just trying to make a sale. She was so kind to me and made me feel comfortable and was willing to answer any of my questions. I am forever grateful that Natasha could make my wedding dress shopping experience so beautiful. What an exceptional overall experience we had at Bliss Bridal Salon! Our Wedding consultant, Wendy, met us at the door ready to help us find my daughter’s dream wedding dress! She showed us to a beautiful room of the store that had two couches for us to sit on during dress appointment, a large dressing room to comfortably accommodate the consultant, dresses and my daughter, and large mirrors for us to view all sides of each dress. Wendy took the time to listen to my daughter’s thoughts on each dress and was able to organize the feedback to pull dresses we may not have specifically asked for while respecting our budget.

Wendy was patient, extremely knowledgeable about wedding dress and most importantly made my daughter feel comfortable and pretty in all the dresses she tried on. As a mother, I cannot recommend Bliss Bridal Salon enough. It was the perfect experience, and we left with the perfect dress!

This was the first salon we went to to try on dresses, and what a great first salon it was!! The bridal consultant was so friendly, down to earth, and personable. She listened to what i was looking for and brought me some amazing dresses. She helped me really define what i loved in a dress, and she would ask me privately what i thought before we opened it up to the group I was with. the salon felt small and quiet even though there were other brides there. The ONLY reason I gave this 4 stars (not 5) is because they do not do in house alterations. Unfortunately, that's most likely why we won't buy there, even though I found dresses i loved. It seems too risky to go to an outside alteration place.

Wonderful experience at this salon! My fiance and I are getting married in a private ceremony in California this September, and I only visited this salon at the beginning of July. Even with somewhat of a tight timeline, they were extremely accommodating and helpful. After showing them pictures of what I envisioned for my dress, they pulled a few from the back for me and I fell in love with the second one I tried on! It was one of the last dresses in that style available and once we placed the order it actually arrived more quickly than anticipated. Great staff and great service as well. Thank you for such a pleasant experience!

I cannot even begin to describe how over joyed and greatful I am to the wonderful staff at Bliss Bridal Salon. After a tragic and horrible "online" dress purchase that didn't work out I walked into Bliss with no appointment, the amazing staff jumped to my rescue. After about 45 minutes I walked out with an absolutely perfect dress and more piece of mind than I thought imaginable. I don't think it's possible to describe how relieved I am, thank you!

Beautiful & organized boutique. Lovely, courteous, & knowledgeable staff. My consultant was amazing. We found & ordered the perfect dress. The whole experience was wonderful. I definitely recommend Bliss Bridal Salon.

debated on writing this review, but felt that i deserved better treatment at this upscale salon. I went in to try on a bridesmaid dress that I had tried on previously. Someone came to help me but never told me her name. She wouldn't let me out of her sight for a second. As I had just gotten into the gown I was interested in, she told me her appointment was there and that I needed to get out of the dress immediately. I asked if I could just stay in the dress for a few minutes to decide and she said that the rule was customers are never allowed with the dresses without a consultant. What a ridiculous rule! I had a friend with me and we just wanted for me to spend some time in the dress to make a decision. I'm 52 years old and can perfectly handle getting in and out of a dress and take care of it. It's not like people buy the dresses off the rack, you have to order. I had to take the dress off immediately. This gown was only one of two dresses I was deciding between. Looks like I'll be buying the other gown from another store where I was treated with respect and kindness.

The parking isn't that great but the salon is beautiful! You get your own section for family, friends & changing area. Awesome gown section. DeAnna is amazing! Very friendly & makes you feel comfortable during the whole experience. Highly recommend

I would never recommend this Bridal Salon to anyone I know. It has been a horrible experience. I have a $250 dress that needs $165 in alterations. They took no ownership in the unsatisfactory service and support they have provided and lean on their contract which you must sign to receive the dress you have already ordered and paid for. As a person in sales myself, this salon has no regard for their product or customer satisfaction and has a broken sales process. This is the fourth wedding I am in this year alone and have never had issues this extreme. I am one UNHAPPY camper and this experience has taken away from the "bliss" of being involved in a wedding celebrated. To make matters even better I can't report them to the Better Business Bureau because they are not accredited

Bliss bridal is the top competitor when it comes to bridal attire shopping in the Fort Worth area. These girls have got it going on!! There was a miss understanding with my appointment time and still I was treated with respect and given the full tour. I found my dress within 2 hours and took it home with me! Even this bride on a budget could find her forever wedding dress. Timeless experience, timeless dress, love bliss bridal!!

The Bliss Girls are very friendly and down to earth! They were also extremely helpful and made the dress shopping experience a memorable one. Even after trying on a hundred dresses they didn't stop until I found THE one. If you're a bride in Ft Worth, Bliss is the place to go!

Stopped in to get a specific bridesmaids dress for a wedding that is out of town, first they had every style the designer carried (which no one else had more than one if any), they helped me get into them and when I asked for opinions they were very honest and helpful. They were very helpful, professional and polite. Thank you so much Morgan for assisting me with my indecisiveness and thank you Marie for measuring me twice so I would get a better idea on which size would be more comfortable. You were both fantastic. I will be returning for more dresses!! They have great evening gowns as well for great prices, and Marie was gracious enough to assist me in finding the perfect one for my event. As I was checking out everyone greeting me and we're polite and friendly. Highly recommend this place to anyone. Very classy and they have TONS of options.
