    I am part owner of Blinging UP Daisies. In response to the comments posted, first of all I appreciate the positive comments. It means a lot to us that you would take the time to do that and we appreciate your business. The lady that said we charge $25 delivery fee for 15 minutes away...not correct. She wanted a delivery to Carrabelle, which is about a 30 minute drive (one way). She stated to me that last year we delivered for free. That happened because my sister in law was going that way on personal business and offered to take it and not charge delivery.
    The cancellation at the last minute of the 60th birthday party and the incident in the business, I was out of town when these happened, however, our policy is NOT to keep any partial payment if we cannot complete the order, so I cannot imagine that this was done. If this happened, I sincerely apologize. As far as the order being cancelled at the last minute, I have no knowledge of that, but I'm the 5 years we have been open, that has never happened. If these things occurred while I was out of town, my apologies!

    Beautiful locally owned. Owners are great!! Selection is very well selected. And some very well chosen local made crafts for gifts.

    I just used this florist to send Birthday flowers to my Aunt.
    I specifically said "please only use blues, lavender or purple, do not use reds or orange at all". Well, the flowers arrived today and what did they use, RED roses !!! I'm so disappointed.
    Never again.

    I had a horrible experience at this shop and the rude unhelpful customer service from the lady was inexcusable. I order specific flowers for a very important event, I placed a down payment for more than half the cost and was told to call back a week before to confirm. Once I got on the Island I admit I completely forgot to make that follow up call. However when I walked into the shop on Friday morning to pick up my order I had my two children with me that found goodies they wanted to bring home while we waited for the lady to finish up a phone call. When I gave her my name to pick up my order her response was oh you didnt call back, we didn't order those for you.....oh my! So I asked if the money I already gave them would go back on my cc. (Although I was disappointed I wouldn't have my flowers I didn't do the follow-up call, that was my fault.....although you had my MONEY!) She said no and I told her that was very disappointing and I was not told that would be the policy. I still needed to buy the items my children wanted.....so I got out my CC and put it on the counter. The lady then looks at me, hands my card back and says you can just go. I thought, for a moment, she was going to let me have the two items as a replacement for my money, though it was significantly less I was greatful BUT then she took those two items away and turned her back on me. At this point I was less than pleased, I didn't get my flowers, she has my down-payment for those flowers, I'm not getting my money back and she just told me to leave. I will admit I was angy at the situation but I never raised my voice or said anything more than I thought that was unfair and I wish I had not given my money away. I feel it could have been better handled by someone who is trying to run a business. I was even trying to spend more money at her business when she continued to show immature behavior. Why didn't she allow me to buy whatever flowers she had in store with the money I already spent? Why didn't she let me use the money I already gave her to purchase the $5 items for my children? Bad business ethics! Bad customer service! I DO NOT recommend you do business with this shady business. Spend your hard earned income with a business who appreciates customer. It has been two weeks since that incident and it still makes me want to cry! I am so disappointed I lost my money and didn't get my flowers.

    Thanks for the last-minute notice and cancelation of an order for my mother's 60th birthday, leaving me to scramble and making no indication of your store needing to close. I would not use this business if you want to know you're taken care of reliably.

    This family is great! I called them on a day when they were closed AND picking up flowers for the shop AND taking care of regular appointments as it was their day off AND they still managed to do a delivery for me. I'm from Chattanooga, TN and my daughter's birthday landed on a vacation opportunity so we weren't together. I wanted desperately to do something and they made it possible. I can't thank them enough!

    I purchased the "Peaceful Pink" sympathy spray ($120) for a funeral. It was BEAUTIFUL. It was delivered exactly as requested. The card was handwritten and was as described in my online order. I could not have asked for better.

    They have Great customer service! Their arrangements are always beautiful and fresh. They also have a hugh variety of other gifts for all occasions. Prices are always reasonable. Thank You
