The best air soft store im a 14 year old boy and they stayed open 30 min for me and let me shoot hold any gun i wanted to and told me some good advvise

The owner told me today that I'm not welcome there anymore because me and a friend left a bad review on them. I was probably one of his biggest customers never left a bad review. I went to them for all my airsoft needs. I told him to show me the review and none of them were me. I offered to show him my I.D and he said no. He's dumb that's all I'm saying. So now I'm making a review to show him he's wrong. Then after I told him that I would show him my I d he said I was a liar and that's why he's banning me from the store. And the lie was that I said I didn't make a review which I didn't till just now.

The first time I came in there 2out of the 3 staff were stuck up. The owner expecially. After I bought a gun from them that was defective I brought it back and the "tech" there said he couldn't replace it and wouldn't fix it because he was too "busy". The store was empty and got there as soon as they opened. After about 10 minutes of urging he finally fixed it. This was a day after purchase.
Side note on the owner being an ass just look at some of the owners replys on here. He gets mad at bad reviews that are true. If you don't like bad reviews then don't be a bad business.report this review -

Staff working here are fantastic. Always helpful! I was buying an armour carrier here , and the cashier reminesced on the interesting story behind it. They have the best selection of BDU , ACU , armour , helmets , you name it! If you need something for airsoft, these guys have it!

Buddy of mine put a suppressor on his M4 and some emo employee blamed him for scratching it after the kid tried taking off his suppressor.
Never been myself, but I've heard multiple times from this buddy of mine about how this single same staff member constantly ruins his experience. Apparently, he always treats his customers as if they're clueless about what they're talking about. Some new staff might raise this review up a few stars.report this review -

Overall my my experiences have been great working with other staff members, however there is one employee that has always been extremely rude and talks down to me when I ask questions. He has accused me multiple times of damaging merchandise I had permission to handle and or attach to my gun. If you're going to shop here i would avoid this employee and talk directly to the owner.

Very helpful!
I'm just getting into airsoft, and the staff was extremely helpful in getting me set up and ready to go. From tips on how to run the gun I purchased to info on ballahack. The one thing I dislike about getting into a new hobby is the "holier than thou" snobby attitude that you receive when you walk into a shop for the first time. At blackjack tactical, you don't get that vibe at all. He was willing to work with me to meet all my needs in my price range. Definitely recommend Blackjack Tactical!!!!report this review -
