Justin did a fantastic job replacing our old furnace. On time, worked hard, clean and explained everything we had questions about. Black Diamonds pricing was almost half what another place was charging for similar product. VERY happy we called them.

Corbyn came out and helped fix our heating problems. Before he came out the house temperature had dropped 10 degrees overnight which is a big problem for my bad hip. Needless to say I didn't sleep well last night. Anyhow he fixed the problem, told me how to preserve the life of my furnace and told me things I didn't know about a furnace filter. Thanks for all you did Corbyn. Much appreciated. Here's to a better night of sleep. :)

Travis from Black Diamond was amazing for our recessed lighting project. It was just one room in a modest-sized home, but he treated it (and us) the same as if it had been a large, important project. Super-knowledgeable, dependable, and professional. Would definitely recommend him and work with him again!

Rob was a lifesaver. He could have taken advantage of us, but he was upfront and honest and saved us from spending money we didn't need to spend. He also took the time to explain everything I needed to know about maintenance and what to expect in the future. Very impressed.

From start to finish, very professional and honest. The bid from Chris told me exactly what would be done and why. No hidden costs or questions in my mind. The installation by Justin was timely, professional, and complete. He answered all my questions and completed the install in a very professional manner. He is one of the most conscientious workers I have ever done business with! Then Chris came back to inspect the job, and help me fill out rebate paperwork. I would highly recommend this company and its employees anytime.

Had them come give me a quote. They wanted $6,200 to install equipment. Called and got bids from 2 other companies. $1,700 and $2,100.
Stated that they were giving me parts at cost was not true.report this review -

We had a pipe leak in our creepy crawlspace. Mike P. was fantastic! The repair was made quickly! I've used Black Diamond on other plumbing projects. I trust these guys!

Black Diamond was great to work with. They were super fast at diagnosing our issues and gave us the most cost effective ways to fix them. Our technician, Jason, was incredibly thoughtful and straightforward. I will definitely use them again.

We used Black Diamond for some electrical work. Jason S. was the main person we worked with, and he was GREAT! He was honest about what work needed to be done and what could wait, gave us a bid that was far less than the other company we'd looked into, and easily scheduled the work when we called him back. He and his team were on time, courteous, and knowledgeable. We are extremely satisfied with their work and will use them in the future for any of our electrical needs.

I have used Black Diamond in 2 different houses, and have been beyond satisfied both times. They pay attention to small details and are extremely professional in everything they do.
Our first project involved both new construction in an unfinished basement and remodel work upstairs to add lighting. We were amazed at how many lights they added upstairs without any need for drywall patching. We've been thrilled with the quality of their work, their attention to detail, and with the end result of all the work we have had done.report this review -

We've used Black Diamond for all our electrical work and now HVAC and plumbing. Jason, Norm and the Utah county crew have done top notch electrical work for us and now Joel did a great job taking care of our furnace tune ups. I keep using Black Diamond because they show up on time and demonstrate expertise and professionalism.

I called Black Diamond and scheduled for a bid on hooking up my hot tub. They gave me the good and the bad news and I was so impressed with them willing to work with me on finances and giving me all the details in what they would need to do. They scheduled for the date of service and it was done that day, and even set the hot tub up for us! Thank you for the great service and willingness to help us out!

Joel did a great job, I was impressed with him. He was nice, was on time and knew what he was doing and so got the job done without wasting time. He charged a fair price and threw in extra pieces of advice for a few simple things that I told him I could do myself. I have confidence in his testing of the work he did, and he answered question I asked about my particular plumbing setup. He didn't make me feel dumb with the questions I asked or was in a hurry to leave. He was willing to share his knowledge on items that I asked about. This company has come out a couple of times to work on different plumbing jobs and each time I've been impressed with their knowledge, work ethic and fair price. I know that when I update my air conditioning next year I'm going to talk to them.

Really had a great experience working with these guys. They came after hours to come inspect our water heater for us, when most other contractors didn't even have an option to speak with someone past traditional business hours. They took our call and got someone out there in expeditious manner. Their technician, Joel, is extremely experienced and knowledgeable and knows everything you would ever want to know about water heaters. Jared was very helpful in coordinating services as well from the home office. They were quick and to the point and really straight forward..can't say the same thing for most plumbers/contractors that I have seen out there. Would really recommend these guys to anyone.
