We had a very large 100-150 yr. old, 52-in. diameter, diseased silver maple removed, which was a very challenging project, but one would be hard pressed to find a better crew than the one that Birch has assembled. This group had only been working together for three months, and they were amazing. It was like every move was carefully choreographed ahead of time. They didn't miss a beat! They had removed part of the tree two months earlier, however, Xcel Energy was not available then, and they had to reschedule. They worked non-stop from before 8 AM to past 5:30 PM with only a short lunch break. Bravo!!

This company is one of the most professional companies I have ever worked with. They were prompt, courteous, efficient and experts in their field. I had a very tough tree removal situation with at least four problem areas that needed to be addressed. I had a very large Ash tree in my backyard infested with Emerald Ash Borer beetles. I worked with the city getting bids. The other quotes did not take into account the safety concerns and extenuating circumstances. My tree was big, spreading out over both my property, as well as my neighbor's garage. We had power lines in the way, a chain link fence in the way, as well as a disabled vehicle, and pets to consider, and my poor neighbor's garage. The other bids wanted to come in from my alley, disassemble my fence, move my disabled vehicle and shut off the electricity to do the job. The other bid was slightly lower in price, but risky. So, I decided to go with Birch Tree instead. I AM SO GLAD I DID!
Birch Tree Care took care of EVERYTHING! Instead of coming in from the alley and having to do all those risky things, Tony from Birch Tree was able to remove the tree for me without dropping the fence, moving the van, and after assessing the situation found it was unnecessary to turn the power off.
Tony had the BIGGEST CRANE I have EVER SEEN pull right up to the front of my house, and they reached right OVER my house from the front! They quickly and efficiently removed my tree, and didn't even drop a twig! When they were done you wouldn't even have known they had been there, except for the stump of course. I would DEFINITELY recommend them to EVERYONE! You get what you pay for and these guys are absolutely worth every penny! No hassle, no headaches! I wish they could do ALL my home repairs, but they only do trees. They are 'cut above' the rest! I have never seen a tree 'fly' before, but these guys made it happen! There were even spectators from other tree companies that came to watch and admire their work. These guys are AWESOME!! 👌

We live in a heavily wooded area and rely greatly on the expertise of others to help us care for our trees. After working with other companies we decided to hire Birch Tree Care to manage our tree care needs. It was one of our best decisions. Paul A., one of their Arborists, took the time to walk our entire property with us (2 acres), provide recommendations on problem areas, answer all of our questions, and create a plan that would ensure sustainability and optimal health/growth for our trees and shrubs. Their work for us has included pruning, insect control, major tree & shrub removal in precarious areas, stump grinding, leaf fungus control, etc. We could not be happier with their services. In addition, their customer service is top notch. They have consistently been very pleasant and professional with every call. You could not go wrong with this great company.
